I predict this mall is going to be dead in 5 years. It seems like half the stores are closed or closing. Many of the store spaces that have stores are occupied by non name brand companies. Also it seems to be very poorly maintained. An example of this is all of the electronic directories were completely non functional (as pictured). This indicates that either their IT department is either incompetent or non-existent. My money is on non-existent. That is just one argument to support my opinion that this mall is on its way out.

Security at this place is a joke.I was helping out at a store for the day, and upon closing and walking from the store to the literal hallway to exit the mall, I’m screamed at and flagged down by a heavier set, light skinned older gentleman with glasses from down the hall in front of exiting Finish Line employees (slightly unnerving and embarrassing).Questioning who I am and why I’m there at the time (8:30pm and this mall closes at 8), I tell him I’m an employee, where he immediately escorts me to the nearest exit not even near where I parked my car

I mainly go here for the food court. I work nearby and it's great to go to a place that has a lot of options. The mall itself never seems very crowded. I often wonder how some of the stores even stay in business with the small amount of traffic The mall seems to get. But I'm happy as long as the food court stays open!

Dirty and unsafe. I never could put my guard down. Seems like this mall was left behind in the 90s. Closed down stores throughout the mall. The kids play area is filthy and safety rules are not enforced. Not sure why this place hasn’t been shut down. For a better and safer experience, drive to the Crabtree Valley Mall.

Management company responsible for Mall doesn't appear to go to the trouble of seeking customers. Many public areas are not clean, especially the bathrooms. Some sinks do not work, soap dispensers not operative. Furniture worn and some are torn. Lots of empty store spaces. I do hope that this Mall doesn't close as it is in a great location.
