Waited for 1.5 hours to receive service. Three employees working. Employees didn’t seem to have any interest in working quickly and were often without a customer at their station. Several customers gave up and left. Maybe their systems are slow and there is nothing they can do to speed it up? Whatever the reason, things could definitely be improved.

WTH. Only one employee working? Like that’s super inconvenient for all Spectrum customers and the employees don't even greet you on the way in.

I needed to change my phone number because I was getting hit constantly by scammers and junk calls. They helped me by showing me how to reconfigure my electronic SIM card and we’re very helpful and understanding my predicament. I’ve been with spectrum for years and plan to continue with them in the future.

Went un for info as the website is useless and the chat and phone support is useless. Well the had 12 people in queue and the min wait had been an hour. No real info in the store for self service. Was a complete waste of time.

WiFi service sucks !!! It goes out all the time and too many devices can’t be connected at one time . We went 12 hours without internet 6pm to 6pm the next day and I have 2 children under 5 and no I did not get compensated for the 12 hours I went without WiFi. I will be turning my equipment in today and done with spectrum for good . Try Google fiber or T-MOBILE internet

Terrible rude service. Just needed a remote. I walked over to guy. He totally ignored me. After 30 minutes and a few customers he finally walked over to give me a new remote. One day I will be able to cancel this service. I cannot wait

Drove 20 minutes to drop off a cable modem and was told it was an hour wait. Then I was told that I could take it to a UPS store. I did that and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The UPS store was also only 8 minutes from our house.

Absolutely terrible customer service. There’s over 14 people waiting to be helped and only 2 associates…then another associate comes out to help. One is on her phone and the other is just walking around observing (which I’m assuming she’s the manager) while there’s this many customers waiting you would think she would try to help a customer but she didn’t. Waited over 45 minutes and finally left when all I needed was to return my router so that I don’t get charged.
