I needed to change my phone number because I was getting hit constantly by scammers and junk calls. They helped me by showing me how to reconfigure my electronic SIM card and we’re very helpful and understanding my predicament. I’ve been with spectrum for years and plan to continue with them in the future.

Staff was pleasant, but it's about as bad as you would expect: 10 terminals but only 2-3 employees at any given time, not very expeditious. I had a 60 min wait for a 60 second equipment pickup. If you come to this location, just bring something with you to do while you wait.
