Offered $300 to new checking customers, so I gave them a shot. When the account was (incorrectly) getting hit with monthly fees, I reached out to the person who opened the account for me. No response because he apparently no longer works there and nobody bothered to forward his incoming emails somewhere else. Okay, fine. A few days later I tried calling instead. Got the runaround about how I didn't sign the e-statement disclosure and that's why I was getting monthly fees. This was incorrect, and I had screenshots from their website to prove it. Not once during the phone call was there any apology for the hassle, or offer to reverse the fees. But eventually it was determined that the requirements had been met, and the $300 posted.

Location is open. It's the first floor of the large brick building. There is not a sign as of 7/5/2019, but there will be soon!
