They were great for awhile, but stopped responding to us. We had to switch alarm companies and pay to switch out much of the system to the new company's gear. (We never had a conflict with them, so I don't know why they stopped responding to calls and texts).

We have been working with Mike throughout our new house build and he has been AMAZING. He's responsive, his advice is really great and his prices are very reasonable at a time where everyone else is price gauging. We are so grateful that we found him!!!!

Richard and Cameron were very helpful. They came and fixed a problem that another company had created and checked/labeled each Ethernet cable so I knew which room it went to. Thanks!

The owner of Sound Profiles did an audio video rough in for me back in late August of 2019, which was to include, HDMI, Ethernet, and speaker wires, which he completed and I paid for these services. He was supposed to come back at a later date when the room was finished to install/hang LCD TV, and connect the existing system he had sold me at a previous house. After attempting to arrange the follow up visit several times he had one of his employees contact me to do the work, "on the side", which was OK with me....or at least I thought should be fine. The young man did hang the TV and connect most of the equipment, but he didn't terminate the Ethernet connection from my modem to my receiver, so part of my system is not functional. I have tried contacting both parties multiple times without resolution

Sound Profiles failed to complete my installation as agreed. Stay Away! The young man did hang the TV and connect most of the equipment, but he didn't terminate the Ethernet connection that was pre-wired by Sound Profiles, from my modem to my receiver, so part of my system is not functional. Why would any customer request a pre-wired network connection and not want it completed with the final installation? The owner had installed this received at another home and knew it required a network connection. I have tried contacting both parties multiple times without a suitable resolution and I felt filing a complaint is the proper thing to do to alert customers to their business practices.

I called this people to come and fix my house speakers which they instilled in a brand new house and it's not working already!! I had warranty on it,the first time I called them they said they will get back to me..Its been like 2 months now..They don't pick or even have courtesy to call back..I have left several voice messages..Sometimes they pick and when they hear my voice, hang up on me!! Shame on you guys!!Please developers..Stay away from this people!!Am not going to leave this matter,I will follow it with BBB!!
