Julie was so helpful. I had no idea what bra or size I needed. She spent over an hour helping me find the perfect bra. I love the fit of the bra we found and I was really impressed with her customer service. It reminded me of how shopping used to be. There were all styles and sizes to try, she came in the fitting room and helped me decide which style worked best. They didn’t have one of the bras I needed in my size on hand so she even helped me have it shipped right to my house. Overall, this was a fantastic experience.

Kiara was amazing. She helped me as soon as I walked in. Anytime I needed assistance Kiara and the other staff member were outside the door ready to help. I have been struggling with bras for a while and the ladies helped me with every question I had :) I wish we had more people like Kiara .. thank you so much for your help

Good service. The saleslady that assisted me was patient as I tried on many, many bras. She assisted without being obnoxious or hovering. Only slight negative is a few things were not in stock, or limited colors. I went to the store to avoid the ordering/shipping/returning issues.

I LOVE this place! It's so hard for me to find a good bra. Victoria Secret and Pink just don't carry my size and it's so frustrating. I tried this place and it the only place I will ever go from now on. I have recommended it to multiple family members and they are recommending to other. I finally have bras that work. I wear a 32 G. I finally feel comfortable and secure. They will size you in a fitting room for free and let you try on the different styles. They have great employees that are super helpful. When I tried on my one bra (the one I'm currently wearing) I walked out of the dressing room and said I felt like Barbie. You have to try this place. Definitely 5 out of 5. They have great prices and lots of sales too.

The staff were very helpful and willing to explain multiple things to us. I had a good variety of styles and had my size which is often difficult to find.

Came specifically to the mall to shop at this particular store with my sister to both purchase. Could not get a single employee to help after being in the store for close to 20 minutes with four employees. Store was not busy.

Absolutely love this store!! It was my first time in the store and the staff member who helped me was extremely friendly and super helpful.. everything was fairly priced and store was super clean and organized. This location is absolutely amazing!!

After receiving a gift card from my husband, I went to Soma inside Crabtree Valley Mall to do some shopping. I had only known of Soma from receiving a pajama set from them years ago , and I love the fit and quality. It was great to go inside the store to see what else they offered. What I found was a variety of bras, panties, Lounge wear sets, robes as well as pajama sets and athletic wear for women. I was greeted and asked if I needed to help and at first I said no...I wanted to browse, see what they had on sale etc. I noticed bras were buy 1, get 1 half off. So I asked if the sized/fitted customers for bras. They said yes and off we went into the dressing area. I was asked to remove my sweater and was properly measured. I felt comfortable and appreciated the knowledge and great service provided by the employee. She brought me a variety of bra styles to choose from and I settled on two of them as I loved the comfort and style. At checkout, I provided my email address so that I can receive perks of becoming a rewards member as I definitely plan to come back here!

The ladies seemed bothered they had to help me and they only had one color available in several styles. But I was able to get fitted and have the color I wanted shipped.
