Don’t order from this place. You will get what they want to send you for less the price you pay. The customer service email given out is a joke, they will not respond. Due to my having to select at least one star I did. Here is my story, I placed an order and received the wrong product. I called the store responsible for shipping the product, the Greensboro store. After explaining my situation the person hung up in my face. I then called the Raleigh and Houston stores but they are not connected to each other and could not help me to a refund or get what I ordered. Now I am stuck with a product I can’t use and I have been scammed out of my money. There has been numerous emails sent to the customer service address to no avail. I regret having trusted any of the good reviews from this franchise.

I always encounter great customer service at Social Status Raleigh. They go above and beyond and call other their other locations to locate an item I'm looking for and then have it shipped to their store for me. I will always appreciate great customer service

Not sure how you can operate an online shoe/clothing business and not allow exchanges or returns.I ordered a pair of shoes in my normal size, but after trying them on they were way bigger than expected.I asked about returning or exchanging them and they told me that "all sales are final." No options at all. No store credit, no exchanges, nothing.Sorry, but that's awful customer service. To pay for a $200 shoe and $20 shipping (which they took a week to even ship them out) and not allow you to even exchange or provide store credit is crazy.

I had a great time here. The DJ was playing some great tunes. did a little shopping and enjoyed my total they know what they’re doing here not many places in this area like this, so definitely a must if you’re in town

?? My Fav go to in the area!! Stay w/the exclusive merch, and they're not going to hitchu in the head while taxing you. Their prices definitely beat a lot of kick Storrs around.

A really helpful and knowledgeable staff (particular shoutout to James, Charlie and Brie).If they don't have a particular item in the store they'll eagerly track it down within the Social Status network. I particularly like the wide range of CDG and Converse products.

I have been shopping at the Raleigh location since 2020, by far the best location in North Carolina. Anthony, Charlie, Bri, and Jodi are always extremely welcoming and help me every time, even when I am not coming to explicitly buy something. If you are from out of town or have just never shopped at social status before, I would highly recommend this location. All of their in-store raffles are fair even when dealing with hype releases.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this spot and its staff. I was visiting Raleigh for leisure from Arkansas and the team (esp Jody) was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve been fortunate to travel a lot and have been to sneaker boutiques all over the country. Social Status’ Raleigh location was arguably the most hospitable boutique I’ve been to. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the city. I bought some awesome New Balance 9060s and would definitely come back.

First time shopping in downtown Raleigh after a friend mentioned this great little boutique on Parham. The ambiance of the store was very welcoming. All the employees gave me some variation of a greeting and each was attentive as I walked near them browsing the different brands of clothing. The range of brands was nice just wish the sizing range could sometimes be more. Checking out was a breeze, the eldest gentleman (I believe him to be the manager) is who checked me out and again he was quite pleasant, even walked me out the store and informed me of the next possible delivery of the brand we discussed. I will absolutely be returning!!! ?
