Really bad business wont recommend..got there at 11am waited for 2 hrs and no one opened the door..it says they open 10-6, i called the store about 30 times no one answered. I drove 1hr 30 mins for nothing. Waste of time, very unprofessional..worst ever!

I purchased three under cabinet lights from here. When our electrician came to install them a week later, they will not work with our style of cabinets. I called the store 13 days after my purchase about returning the lights and was told they have a three day return policy. He said there was a sign posted. Three days is not very long to return an item and not the normal return policy for most stores. If I had been told that the return policy was three days, I would have never bought the lights because I could not get someone to install them that quickly. So, if you are going to make a purchase from this store, make sure that you are 100% sure of what you are buying because of the three day return policy.

Drove to this store to only find they are closed during business hours. There sign flashes open with no one around. Would advise batteries and bulbs not recommend this store.

Wow. Do not waste your time going here if you're looking to do a DIY LED project. I have no idea what the owner of this store is doing or how they're even open still! I just walked out of their store after going there looking for basic LED lighting supplies. I'm working on a couple of simple LED lighting projects that require varying connections and length of connecting wires. Went to Smart LED because it's a “LED supply store†but they didn't have a single item I needed. No quick connectors of any kind, no soldering irons, only a few rolls of low-grade LED strips, and not even a spool of the ubiquitous RGB 4 pin wire!!! I could open my own LED store tomorrow and put them out of business by weekend because I have a much greater understanding of what customer needs are as it pertains to LED lighting projects.

Do NOT go to this store. They have a 'return' policy written on a piece of paper on their counter that states you can not return items after 3 days. No return policy notification on the receipts or any other documentation. The first time I tried to return the items I purchased, I drove 30 minutes to the store and got there at 4:40, 20 minutes before the store was supposed to close. No one was there. I returned 2 week's later and the guy would not take the product back. Hadn't been used at all. This place is a ripoff.

Very helpful and great prices. Mark help me a lot in selecting lights for my business. Also saved me money with the Duke rebate they offer. Would definitely recommend to others.
