We made the trek up to Raleigh with one goal in mind. Must have new mattress. Our old memory foam's memory was getting a little too good and it was time to upgrade. Back when we originally bought our old mattress we were torn between a sleep number and tempur-pedic, and ultimately went with the latter. So it made sense to go directly to the former this go around. We had done some research and knew roughly what we were looking for. When we arrived, Wanda greeted us and asked lots of questions and listened to everything we had to say. We ended up deciding on a model that was close to what we had looked at online AND it was on sale. Delivery is scheduled and now we await our new bed. Very pleasant shopping experience at this store. They were not pushy, listen to our concerns, and gave us all the options to choose from. If you are looking for a sleep number, I highly recommend this location.

Went in with the intent of purchasing new sheets for our bed and walked out with a guest bed for our guests in our new home to have a Sleep Number experience. Superb customer service and warranty! The warranty makes the investment absolutely worth it, along with a great nightly sleeping experience!

Great customer service, having purchased 2 sets of King sleep number beds in the past, my parents finally decided to make the switch and upgrade too. My parents (83 & 75) being independent, went in and were able to get all the help they needed on their own. They did end up purchasing some things they decided they didn't need/want and were able to return them with no issue. I've also purchased a few Premium Faux Fur Throws for my parents for Christmas. Great job will shop here again when I need sheets.

BUYERS BEWARE - The sleep number purchase is too expensive for such terrible service provided. Our purchase was made in Sept 2023 and we still have not been able to enjoy our bed. Initially the sales rep did not take us seriously, we were told she would email the quote for the items we looked at. Two days went by we went back to the store, still no quote was emailed. We ignored that red flag, we made the purchase. Once our items arrived (Late Sept 2023), King mattress, King Upholstered Bed the delivery drivers were in a hurry (they get off for the day once their route is done) so they damaged our "wired" landscape lighting by laying boxes in our mulch bed. They scratched our walls in the stairway and marked the walls with their blue sleep number shirts, only to put the wrong mattress set in our home! So they had to take it back out and bring in another set. I watched them rewrap the first mattress set to deliver to the next home.October 2023...Now the nightmare really begins, our upholstered bed was not working (backlit lighting, blue tooth, charger). After complaining about the damaged walls and "wired" landscape light, wrong set delivered and brought upstairs into our home. I just wanted a refund. The store sales rep told us we could refund the items within 100 days. FALSE...You can only return the mattress, not our $3000 base. We did not read the fine print, we trusted their words (sales team) which are very MISLEADING. The store manager Dustin and I had texted a few times afterwards he was apologetic and mentioned how corporate should give me a refund due to the mishaps. I spoke to corporate; they would not allow me to return the base. The base is useless without the mattress which has air, Velcro etc.... The ILE mattress set is not comfortable...Another appt (#2) is made for a "senior" tech to look at our bed since were stuck in this purchase. Were given a $600 credit for the inconvenience.October 2023 is when the senior tech came out. He told us our bed was defective. Wow! So now we have to take down the bed and bring in another??? I'm truly worried about more damage at this point. Our home is only 2 years old. We had to wait a few weeks for the bed. Were still not sleeping the ILE is horrible.December 2023 the replacement upholstered bed is delivered, the phone charger is not working on one side! I called customer service, the rep was helping me trouble shoot but nothing worked, then call drops and no one calls me back. I'm at my wits end.STAY CLEAR OF SLEEP NUMBER! If you must shop there, the base is not refundable so your stuck w the mattress, They use different bases for certain models.Over $10,000 later and were still miserable not sleeping well, also upholstered bed hasn't worked properly from day of purchase. The $600 credit does not cover damage, 3 days taken off from work. The customer service on the corporate level is worse.Sleep Number please get someone to help us with our bed!?!

We were very pleased with how quickly we were taken care of from the moment we walked in the door and throughout the entire process. We had already done our homework and knew which bed we wanted but they still took the time to talk to us about our personal sleep issues and how to use the bed we'd chosen to meet our sleep goals. We were highly impressed with the Raleigh Sleep Number store!
