I’ve been here a few times and some experiences were fine but one time the lady working there was outside about to light a cigarette when I walked in and she sighed and got annoyed that I interrupted. I told her she could go ahead and I’d wait (I get it when people are cranky from no nicotine) and she said, “Well no I can’t since you’re here!”
The last time I went they sold me a reused vape with no nicotine. I opened it in the store like I normally do and puffed quickly and it seemed fine so I left. I didn’t realize till later that it didn’t have the plastic coating on the sides that Lost Mary’s have and it was scratched from previous use. I took a few more puffs and the flavor was off and no nicotine. I will not return to this store again.

when the attendant who's dealing with somebody before you recognizes you and then deals with the first person then a third person walks in and then the attendent deals with the 3rd person ...that 2nd person receives poor customer service and the second person then posts a review. I didn't one star you because that's not fair, You might have a mentally handicapped employee, but please work with your employees on who walks into the store first. gets served first. Sun Mar 15...8pm.

Great shop buy your store hours are inconsistent. You should either open on time or adjust your hours. I'm sitting outside now waiting for your store to open. I've seen the store open 30+ minutes late repeatedly. I will have to find a new store if this doesn't change.

I love this store, but 1 star due to 1 bad apple.The new kid Ahmed started 5-6 months ago. Since he started I have only ever seen him buried in his phone. He walks around the store like it is his bedroom, glued to his phone screen with an airpod in. He'll try and place himself around the store where he won't be bothered and whoever he is working with has to pickup the slack.When he's there by himself it ends up taking 10-15 minutes just to get assisted with no other customers in store. It's like I'm in some other random smoke shop instead of the chill, attentive sky blue I'm used to.The rest of the staff is amazing, 5 stars for them!

I give them two stars for the lady being nice. The first time I went in. I spent good money on a device and it stopped working soon after I got it. I'll have to go check out some other stores. I was hopeful for this store of the lady was so nice.

Went in today 4/6/2022 and found the carts at 40 Dollars, carts that used to be even 30 dollars, flying monkey, went UP in price, they're marked "clearance" which is a lie, because 40 dollars carts are not "clearance". Just go the Hemp Company in North Raleigh to buy Delta 8, These prices here are insane
