Gabby is an excellent key holder. Her customer service is impeccable. She went the extra mile in making sure I was able to purchase the shoes I wanted in my size (12) which is no small feet pun intended. Professional, helpful, and kind!

No floor help, so it was somewhat frustrating searching the entire store only to not find what I needed. The inventory is large and the clearance section is a nice touch for penny pinchers.

I’ve shopped at Shoe Encore in New York and visited today when shopping for sneakers for my daughter. She’s 9 and her feet grow rapidly. I’m not willing to purchase shoes for $100 or up when my child’s feet grow often. Shoe Encore offers stylish, name brand footwear for low prices. I will admit that they are top designer brands but they do carry Nike, adidas, Vans, Reebok, Fila as well as a few others. If you’re looking for Jordan’s or new releases I can save you time and tell you not to come. For affordable shoes for the family this place gets the job done and then some. Staff here was wonderful. Got us in and out.
