I was visiting friends in NC and needed to ship some packages back home to CT. I am so glad I came across this place! The man who helped me, Jesse, was very helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out how I wanted to send my packages back home. Also, this store has a kiosk where you can print out photos directly from your phone. I tried this, and the photos were great quality! I wish my USPS back home had a machine like this, it was super convenient!

I’ve been visiting this store for some time now. I must say Jesse is an awesome guy couldn’t ask for a better person to do business with. I do miss Scott a lot and he was another awesome guy and very knowledgeable.

NEW OWNER!! I've been going here for a couple of years now and was thrilled to see the store is under new management. Jesse was nothing but kind, helpful, and professional in getting my needs met. Would highly recommend for all shipping or print needs.

The store has new ownership who takes good care of his customers. I recommend this store if you do not want to wait in a long line at the post office or ups store. You can also print pictures and documents making it a convenient spot.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. while at the Ship n print store I learned that the store recently changed ownership. The new owner Jesse is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Service was quick and professional. I will only be going to this location for my shipping needs. Thanks ship n print and Jesse for a quick and easy service!

Unfortunately the poor reviews are true. I think the true indicator are the rude and defensive responses to the reviews.
I dropped off an international shipment on June 21. It was not picked up until July 7. Joe had absolutely no idea where the package was and said he'd call me back as soon as he figured it out (he never did). His only response was that he called DHL and yelled at the lady that he spoke with. This does not impress me. Of course, this was after being off for 5 days for the 4th of the July.
After 16 days at his store, the shipment magically was received by DHL 8 hours after I called. Still no call back today.
Looking forward to the defensive response and to see who's to blame for this one. Maybe he will cancel me like he did another reviewer. One can only hope.

The person running it was nice, however I dropped off two packages on a Wednesday am to be shipped two day with fedex prepaid label, come to find out on Sunday they never got picked up. Called Monday and was told Fedex didn't come out on Friday. Had to have a friend go get the packages and drop them off to Fedex themselves. Had to overnight them to get there in time, thus costing about 7x what it was originally.
However, like I said the person was nice, and I'm sure if you're needing to print stuff it would be fine, but don't drop off Fedex packages there.
