No one answers the phone and there is no voicemail. I don't really expect anyone to check voicemail but if you don't answer the phone it would be nice. I called on a Monday at 2:30pm.

Russell matched our old house paint so perfectly we didn't have to cut edge, saving lots of tape. After trying to match our paint failed twice at big box stores, Russell's extensive knowledge found the correct texture for a rare interior paint that was discontinued and hard to figure out. Same price per gallon as the box, and no fee for Russell's research. REAL paint shops are priceless!

Beyond happy with the service I was provided by Fabienne! She went above and beyond with us with our fairly large order and on top that helping others around the store while being the only one! Very impressed and very content that she provided all the color matches for my husband and I, as well as the service she gave for the other customers too! 10/10!

Terrible customer service , employee threw their hands up In frustration after I couldn’t remember exact finish of furniture . I do not recommend this place at all .

Ignore the negative review; I set up my pro account in 5 mins and it has saved me literally hundreds of dollars so far (and most likely thousands by the end of this year. The store manager is literally one of the most professional and amiable vendor reps I've ever worked with and I've been working as both a construction manager and tradesman in the triangle for 12 years. Fyi, with all due respect; anyone that would turn down a SW pro account and go to Lowes to buy paint has absolutely no painting experience whatsoever.

I went in to get one gallon of paint and it took over 20 minutes. I had to fill out a form with my name address and phone because I don't have an account with them, I was paying with a card. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted an account and I said no. After all of this I finally paid and left with my one gallon. Shortly after that a saleswoman showed up at my work and asked again if I wanted to set up an account. All that for a gallon of paint. From now on I'll shop at Lowe's or Home Depot. You can check out my other reviews to check my honesty. I would tell everyone to stay out of that business and shop elsewhere.
