First time having them change the oil on my wife’s vehicle. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely coming back to have more work done on my own vehicle. Nice to find a reliable place with trusted mechanics.

Just had another terrific service experience at Eastgate Shell! They take time whether you are calling to make an appointment or bringing your car in to listen to what your issue is… and provide options to solve it! Arthur, my mechanic, took time to explain his recommendations and answer questions…and throughly investigated my concern. Scott and Craig are always helpful too! Highly recommend that you trust them for all of your car issues- routine and unusual!

I had a 2007 Ford Mustang that had a electrical problem that seemed like nobody could fix. I brought it to Firestone because I was told they are good there, they told me it will take them one week to find someone who came fix this problem. 2 weeks go by, nobody has even looked at the car so I took it to east gate shell and had them look at it. All ready they were more friendly and funny people to be around. They told me they could get the car fixed and get a state inspection done by the following day. They called me earlier the next day tell me it was done, I mean this when I say this, they are “the mechanic’s in Raleigh!”

Great place to take your BMW for an oil change!!! A full service center with gas like back in the days but they have the modern technology to take care of foreign cars such as BMW and Mercedes.

Excellent Customer service! Always. Never over charges. The best thing is they don't take advantage of women customers like other stations do. Billy and Craig explain what's needed and what's been done.I highly recommend Eastgate Shell!

I had A/C problems and dropped my car off to the guys at Eastgate. They ran diagnostics immediately and had me the report within a few hours. After having to go somewhere else to get it fixed (no fault of Eastgate - my A/C was damaged and the place that damaged it sent me elsewhere because they were paying for it), the guys at Eastgate told me exactly what should be done and what to look out for when getting it repaired. Great customer service!
