Nearly every morning the Red Bull is out of stock in most flavors with cases of Red Bull visible in the fridge. Nearly every morning. Other than that the sheetz is as good as any other.

I reviewed this store about 3 months ago & gave 1 star because of dirtiness inside and out. Went tonight to get a shake and nothing has changed. They had no lids to fit the F'Real shakes. Once my shake was elevated into the machine for blending it was easy to see it's not cleaned often. Picture below. Very limited supply of other ice cream products. This store is not up to the brand standard.

I've always liked Sheetz, but this location is trash the supervisors no nothing about leadership and customer service. I ordered a salad online & when I arrived to pickup the "supervisors" (two employees that wore supervisor tags) refused to give me a dressing of my choosing, said that "it's not the one you ordered" The other shrugged his shoulders & kept repeating "I don't know" I couldn't change my dressing for one I actually liked? Is ridiculous! I wasn't trying to get extra dressing just trade for the one I wanted. I ended up getting a refund & will not return. Put people in charge that actually care about customers coming back! So disappointed.

It's 3am, I'm an uber driver, I need my order to be quick and accurate. There's 3 staff members cooking, and about 10 orders being prepped, and I stood there about 30 minutes waiting for food. Too long, in my opinion.
There was a shake on the counter with no label. An employee asked the other employees what it was. I shouldn't've said anything, but it looked like mine so I said it might be mine, hoping my order might get moved along here. They gave it to me, I said no, it doesn't have my topping- the younger employee assured me that the topping was inside, rather rudely- I'm not one to fuss too much, but the younger employee was pretty argumentative for someone who didn't know what even the shake was, and low and behold, I drank the shake, and no topping- it was never my shake. Idk what they're doing in there, but they definitely don't know. I appreciate the older employee apologizing for the wait, I could tell he was trying his hardest and customer service goes a long way with me, which is why I didn't go back to ask for the topping, and also because there were several other people waiting for their food. The younger employee needs to up his game substantially, in my opinion. I won't be back during another shift, the food was good but it just took too long. Hope y'all can get the wrinkles ironed out.

It's a pretty average sheetz, which means it's better than a lot of other gas stations. Staff seems to be friendly.
It's not spotless clean, but it's not dirty either.

It's okay that the prices are a little higher. But an item that costs 1.28 on the street on this site pays 3.64. Almost 300% is from another world

Ordered a couple breakfast burritos and what we got tasted like someone vomited in a flour tortilla, microwaved it, and served it.
I can say with all confidence, this was the worse food anyone had ever served me in my 57 years of living. I get that I did not pay $4 for a quality meal, but I also did not pay $4 for someone to serve me vomit in a tortilla.
Absolutely disgusting, this was my first and absolute last time of eating anything from a Sheetz.

If I had an option to choose no ⭐ that's what it would have been..
Phil was rude and also lied and told me that I had to shop my own doordash order..
I asked him so you you all don't shop the door dash orders?
He replied with NO we don't.
So I then responded with oh wow that's kind of funny because my son works for Sheetz and I know what you're telling me is a lie..
Then he responded with we are short staff.
But there was 4 employees in the store..
This is by far the worst customer service ever..
He does not need to be a manager with the customer service he has provided.
This is not the first time that it has happened..
He doesn't need to be in a position to representing Sheetz with the customer service he is providing..

Normally clean at most sheetz, but the counter at this location was covered in slushy, soda, and tea. It was out of long straws and the floor throughout the entire store was sticky (not just the drink isle). I could understand if the employees were busy during a rush, but the lady at the front register was on her phone doing nothing the entire 10 min I was in there. The saving grace is that Jack made my food very quickly and was very polite. An easy 3 min out on the floor cleaning could’ve fixed my experience.

Not only have I been handed the wrong orders multiple times now on different occasions, but even when handed the "correct" order, it still isn't even correctly made.
I have also seen others come in and complain about the same issues about the line messing up orders on a regular occasion.
