Terrible service when ordering food, these people serve you reluctantly and never give you what you ask for, if you hate your job so much you better quit and find another one that you like but improve your customer service. I would never recommend buying here.

Absolutely the worst food ever. Sausage on hot breakfast sandwich still frozen in the middle. Too gross for words. And they put American cheese on it instead of cheddar.

Nicest clerk at the counter named Gyasi. Very personable and explained how the coffee machines worked so we understood why it always tastes so good.

Every morning I go in, there is no one at the cash register. They will even see you and still not come check you out. My husband has the same problem. Every morning at 5am or 5:30am. They don't care that you are standing up front at the register. Whatever they are doing is more important. Then getting the customer out. 1/10/24 We stopped this morning like we do almost every morning, the woman that has been working morning for the past week has been awesome. She was off this morning. My husband was waiting at the counter again for 3 minutes while the lady at the checkout was sitting on the floor doing something. The night manager had to come over and say something to get her to stand up and help her customers. 3 minutes is a crazy wait time to be the first customer in line with 3 employees in the store and all customers being in line behind my husband

I ordered food from here as a 7 month pregnant woman. I craved pretzels but only received the other things I ordered. The bag was sealed as I was unaware. I payed my hard earned money for me and my baby. These kicks are the worst kicks I've experienced SINCE I've been pregnant. My baby WANTS pretzels!! This place is very inconsiderate as they were given well over 15 minutes to prepare and look over my order. You never know who it is for. Unprofessional, Inconsiderate, and heartbreaking experience from this place. Now I have to try to sleep in pain, pain from my heart and from my baby. This will further affect my purchases with Sheetz. And if you like your orders correct, I suggest you go else where.

****Disclaimer*** The 5 stars are ONLY FOR THE PERSON THAT IS MENTION BELOW..... ....NOT THE SHEETZ STORE ITSELF ( THE STORE/OTHER WORKERS DESERVE A Big FAT ZERO) Despite the fact that this particular Sheetz location in Raleigh (off Newbern ave) is not the best, with SLOW service and an IRRITABLE staff who barely speak to customers, there is one SHINNING STAR amidst the dirty, sticky countertops and disgustingly dirty coffee station and debris OF this place.His name is Gyasi?, (a tall African American)guy with glasses, who consistently stands out as a true diamond rockstar.Not only is he friendly, but his interactions with both his coworkers and guests demonstrate that he is a team player. Whether it's in the mornings or any other time, Gyasi remains cool, calm, and collected. His exceptional customer service skills make me feel special every time I go through his line, as he always takes the time to say, "Be safe out there!" If Gyasi is not already a manager, he certainly deserves to be one. He is a prime example of what GOOD consistent customer service looks like.
