Ranjana is excellent at threading and she is the best at eyelash extension. She does striplashes for me and they last over a week and today she did some cluster lash and they fabulous

Aisha at the Raleigh location was absolutely amazing. I was terrified of threading but she made it painless. I would highly recommend going to her. She was also extremely professional.

My daughter went to this location and they first gave her strips instead of individuals. Next she wore the lashes for 11 days and they started to come off. My daughter then had to go to another location to finish getting the lashes off. In the process of taking them off her lashes were stuck to the false lashes and were ripped off. The lovely lady that helped her owns her own shop and is more than welcome to write a statement about what she witnessed, what my daughter paid for and what she received.. She then went back to this location and they were very nasty to her. They told her no refunds and tried to dismiss her. My daughter then asked for the head number and they would not give to her. DO NOT GO THERE. They will not give her a refund so see you in court

I do not recommend this place for eyelash extension at all. This picture is from 18 hours after receiving initial service. The individual lashes was falling off like a strip.

Worst experience ever! I was recommended to this location by a friend for eyelash service and after 12 hours the individual lashes started coming off. Upon my return to have the issue resolved, I was initially advised they would not fix. Poor customer service! Although the young lady corrected the messed up eye, I still feel the issue is unresolved as they may still come off tomorrow. Disappointed ? and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is the epitome of poor customer service!All they care about it their money. They don't care if they mess up or the customer is unsatisfied. They still make you pay.! I wish I could put ZERO stars.

The girls are least bothered! The salon closes at 8.00!! You go for eye-brows around 7:30-7:40 and they will say we are closing (instead, they are sitting ideal) You go for quick clean-up at any time of the day, they will say we don't do today!! Always rude to talk. Never available!!
