I will never go here again!! I told they lady I like my eye brow thick and natural and she asked me why do I like that. Add he repeatedly told me that they were too thick. I was polite but I will NEVER GO BACK.

I asked to get my eyebrows threaded just under the arch to make it look better, and she went everywhere around my brows. It was my first time getting my brows done and it really upset me that the lady changed my eyebrow shape completely and they are uneven as well. one is higher than the other and one has more of an arch than the other. I had nice natural brows that were a nice size that had a kind of nice arch, and now i have skinny uneven noodles.

My lashes came off in less than 4 hours. I sent 3 e-mails and left a message. I have not recieved any response and i want my money back. I was not at New bern ave. I was in garner.

They're fast and they do a good job but the individual lashes don't last long when they put them on , about a week and a half.
