“My almost 2 year old daughter started here a few months ago. I was worried to put her in any daycare. After going to many facilities, i ended up at KinderCare and I fell in love with it. From the way the classrooms are set up to the curriculum. I have seen a tremendous growth in her. She has a connection with all of the teachers. Grateful for the people here.”

“This place is amazing! The Director is very personable and truly cares about our children’s safety and knowledge. My son has been going there since he was 3 months and is now 1 and every teacher has been amazing. They keep me updated throughout the day with notes and pictures and every now and then a sweet little FaceTime call ? Him being happy seeing his teachers makes me happy and it reassures me that he trusts them.”

“We have two children at Lighthouse - a toddler and infant. While teacher turn over has been high in the toddler rooms, the directors and owner are doing their best to find good, stable, and consistent teachers. Communication regarding teacher changes could always be better, but after touring several other daycares, high teacher turn-over is an on-going problem within the daycare setting and a situation that I'm hoping is temporary as Lighthouse grows with experience. Regardless, our toddler loves going to “school” each day and is eager to come home and tell us all about the fun things she’s been doing! She especially loves the “music lady” who plays guitar for the class, yoga, and the outdoor playground. We have been extremely pleased with the care our infant has been receiving in the infant 1 room. The teachers are kind and caring and truly care about taking care of our baby. They update the app almost immediately with all cares given and send several pictures during the day. Our baby is happy, loved, and well rested and we couldn’t be more pleased! The camera app is awesome. After touring several day cares, I noticed that the cameras weren’t always included. It’s nice to be able to check in several times during the day to see the kids.”

“My child could not be happier at Little Leaf. Ms. Myra and Ms. Monea have been amazing at making my child feel comfortable, preparing her for kindergarten, and providing a safe and loving environment for her. 10/10 recommend!”

“Reliability and value! We sent both my children to Bright Haven. One daughter attended from 8 weeks to the start of Kindergarten. The other attended 8 weeks through 2 years. The only reason she didn’t continue was the fact that the location was no longer convenient to our family. The owners were always available to answer questions or respond to messages. The teachers were AMAZING. During the 5 years we attended, my children came to adore the core staff and teachers. They were attentive and caring. I always knew my children were safe and loved! Although each age group had a core learning curriculum, my oldest learned everything she needed to start Kindergarten. Even though there were occasional staff changes, my children always had a place to be, even during Covid updates and changes. The center was decently priced for the area. I would highly recommend for children of all ages.”

“My kids have been going here for a few months and it’s been a great experience. The staff is very communicative through their mobile app. I get photos and messages throughout the day letting me know what they’ve done and what they ate. They’re right across the street from North Ridge Elementary and they pick up one of my kids after school and provide aftercare. This way I can pick them both up from the same place. Very happy to recommend.”

“We switched from another KinderCare facility earlier this year and we are so glad we made the switch. We have a toddler and a preschooler and they both absolutely love going there every day. The center is nice and clean, has well organized classrooms, a gym, playgrounds and a soccer field area. Lots of room for all kinds of activity. The staff is wonderful. Very creative activities and my preschooler is counting like a champ already. Michelle and Christina make for a great leadership team. They are warm and welcoming and professional at the same time.Falls Lake KinderCare is the Place to be. Switching to Falls Lake KinderCare was the best decision we made.”

“You know how they say it takes a village to a raise a little one? Only, these days, that village is practically nonexistent? Well, we found our village in Guidepost Montessori at Spruce Tree.As Type A parents who went above and beyond in our search for the perfect school for our little one, they have exceeded our expectations. This isn't just a place to park your child while you work, this is a loving community, dedicated to the education, growth, and support of every child in their classrooms. The teachers are passionate educators and guides with grace, passion, and dedication. The administrators are dedicated to ensuring you and your child have a wonderful experience at the school, and that any needs or concerns are addressed promptly and fairly. All of the teachers and administrators treat you and your child as members of their community, not just paying customers. Our little one absolutely LOVES going to school here. It's obvious how happy and safe she feels here. She adores her teachers, and she has grown SO MUCH in her confidence, capabilities, and curiosity. The classroom sizes are perfect, their daily routine is consistent and engaging, and all of the children seem content and like their individual needs are met, making for a healthy, thriving classroom for all each and every day.As parents, it's priceless to feel our child is not only safe, but also being poured into every day, and learning from her peers. We couldn't be more grateful for this community, and we look forward to continuing to watch our child - and future children! - thrive here in the coming years!Thank you Guidepost Montessori at Spruce Tree, for being that village for our family!”

“We spent alot of time researching daycares in the area and we are so glad we ended up with this one. My child's last daycare was fine, but we did not like the way they spoke to the kids and my child so we were a bit nervous trying a new school. I am SO THANKFUL, GRATEFUL, AND APPRECIATIVE we found Primary Beginnings Spring Forest. No matter what time I drop in, all of the staff make sure to say hello to me, ask about my kid, and interact with all of the kids in such a positive way. They often do not see me at first as I get to the classroom so I get to see the genuine interactions. Let me tell you, my child's attitude and behavior has been a 180. She is so much happier when I pick her up, she doesn't mind being dropped off in the mornings, and has made wonderful friends. Mr Philly is who she interacts with the most and he is a gem. All of the teachers at this school are exemplary, but Mr Philly makes the day for them. You can tell how much he cares and how much the kids love him. I could go on and on but I seriously cannot express how comforting it is to know my child is safe AND happy while I have to be at work.”

“This daycare has been a Godsend. I didn't trust anyone with my child and had many fears of him being neglected or hurt. I did so much research and, finally, discovered this place. Our son was on a wait-list and it was worth the wait. My son has attended daycare at this location for several years, this being his last year before Kindergarten. The staff is like our family. The curriculum is excellent and my son has gained confidence in himself here, becoming more social and less intimidated / shy. I am so happy to leave this review and wish the staff members and future attendees all the success and love this world has to offer.”

“The best camp in the Raleigh area, and honestly the entire State. This camp shows how cool Science, and Engineering is, and is a great inspiration for both kids and adults. The caring staff members truly make a difference, emphasizing hands-on activities. I have been to other science camps, and you can really tell that Smile camp puts much more into actually teaching, and creating interest, compared to other camps, and lets campers take home so much of what they work on/create in camp. Many of the employees are actually ex campers that wanted to come back and help out around camp. This really shows how great this place is to me. When they come out with their programs for adults, I would highly encourage you to check them out, as I have seen what they are planning to do, and it looks like a ton of fun. The owners of the camp, Roger, and Karen are some of the nicest people I have met. I would recommend any of the best smile camps for those who are new to smile camp. Finally, the liquid nitrogen ice cream on Fridays, at the end of camp is super cool (lol) and makes really nice tasting ice cream.”

“I'm having a wonderful experience at this daycare! Julie and Taylor are absolutely fantastic with my daughter. They create such a warm and nurturing environment, and I feel completely at ease leaving my child in their care. They're attentive, patient, and always go above and beyond to ensure that the kids are happy and engaged. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention my daughter receives here. Highly recommend!Update: As I previously mentioned, this facility has some great individuals working here. However, it becomes a problem when staff cannot answer your questions or simply respond with "I don’t know." Additionally, I have had calls several times a week because the staff, instead of asking my child what the problem is, call me since they are not able to calm down my child due to her being hungry, tired, hot or all three. The reason for this update is the call I received last Wednesday, which led me to decide to remove my child from the facility. My child repeatedly tells me she doesn’t want to go to her teacher's room. The next morning, she demonstrated that this same teacher twisted her fingers. I have also heard from others that this teacher has pulled on a student's shirt, and I myself have heard this teacher's voice from the back of the building to the front.I am decreasing my rating because I have made multiple complaints, yet nothing has been done. The facility continues to allow this teacher to remain in the classroom, despite the fact that the children today are more advanced and outspoken than when I was growing up. If the staff cannot handle this, it would be best for them to switch classrooms or find another position within the facility.”
