Excellent service, my car is old and the paint is rough so dirt can really stick to it hard which is normally impossible for drive-thru carwashes to deal with BUT Sam's Xpress did amazing and made sure to allow adequate pre-wash before sending me through which ensured my car came out squeaky clean! Also appreciate the clean vaccum stations with maintained garbage recepticles, the vacuum system is excellent and strong. Thanks for all the great car washes! and thanks for taking care of your team members, you must because they do a wonderful job.

Great network of car washes! With affordable prices and very attractive offers. Everything is learned by comparison. I tried several options before this car wash and realized that here you are paying wasted money. Good service, responsive staff, high-quality detergents that do not leave streaks and scratches, brushes. There is a lot of bridge for manual modification of your car. Vacuum cleaners are powerful. Clean wipers and window sprays are publicly available. Very clean toilets, which is a huge plus! I recommend!

Don't be fooled by the $5 coupon for your next car wash. You can't apply the discount if you buy your next wash at the gas pump. They will only accept the coupon if you buy the wash at the entrance to the wash.
Count me as very dissatisfied by that limitation.

My truck got muddy so I stopped in for a wash. I was a little worried it had gotten so muddy they might turn me away, but they took quite a bit of time pre-cleaning the outside before sending me through. I appreciated that. It came out looking clean as ever.

I have a Sam's Express membership so I can clean my car every day if needed. The wash is very good, vacuums work well, they provide spray and towels to clean inside vehicles. You can also run your floor mats thru the machine for free. Very nice feature. Each carwash is a Nice facility.

Just wanna shout out the boys at Sams car wash. We had significant bugs stuck to the front of our car. Asked the staff if they had any resources for it, and they were very helpful. Even had us run through the wash an additional time. Helped out by a taller gentleman, I believe his name was Dylan or something close to that. He scrubbed the front of our car on the second pass. Really went above and beyond. I appreciate the service and I’ll be sure to bring all my families cars here in the future. Thanks!!

Context required: every other staff interaction I've had here was excellent until today.
I purchased my wash at the pump to get the best wash with a four day rewash about a month ago. I've done this a few times: every other time the first receipt is kept and replaced with the four day rewash code receipt. That makes sense and prevents confusion - I don't have a used up code in my hands that way.
Unfortunately this didn't happen for the code I had today. I was either given back a code I didn't remember using (completely possible), or it got entered for a different car by mistake.
My only ask for this is better training. Used codes should be removed if gas receipts are returned: tear it off of the bottom, mark it out, something. I lost it in my car, and only kept it when I found it thinking I had a wash.
While the manager has every right to be firm that the code was used, there was zero empathy or conversation around if I got the rewash code I paid for. I don't want a wash I didn't pay for: please just don't give back used codes.
The manager did not feel courteous or understanding, even though he used polite words. He seemed very happy to get to say no while asking no questions that could have made the experience more pleasant, or made something unpleasant less likely to happen for other customers.
I don't want a wash I didn't pay for, but it would be nice to have not thought I had a wash or two when I found my lost receipt. This can be done better, and without making the customer feel awful for making a mistake. We all do that, y'all.

The concrete floors in this place are much cleaner than the Apex one I need to going. This is kind of important because all this stuff that's left on the floor gets tracked and picked back up and put right up in the cars again.
