I wanted to write a review for my experience today at the car wash. Today being April 5, 2024, I was going to purchase gas and then also purchase a car wash but when I went to the pump my car would not turn back on when I was leaving the pump, so I went to the actual car wash and saw one of the attendants there. The first one I came across was Nyeem D. I asked him did he have any way of charging my battery to my vehicle and he said, "yes ma'am I sure do I'll be right over." He was very sweet, very polite and he stayed with me until my battery was charged. He didn't have to do that and I appreciated it, he went above and beyond with the customer service he was also very nice and making sure that the car was ready to drive off. I wanted to thank him publicly to know that you are being serviced by young men and women there, but especially my experience there today was great. Thank you so much and I appreciate it. Stop by for your car wash and wave at Nyeem. There's always good customer service In my experience. That's what keeps people coming back first and foremost. #Knightdale location

I've always had really good experiences here. The owner spent a considerable amount of time helping my husband with the tree sap on his car. And this last time I was there, an employee personally washed my car mats bc it would get them cleaner than the machine. The energies always good and I can't complain about the wash you get and the suction of the vacuums. Pretty solid place and because of the extra help, I make sure to always come back to this location.

I am very satisfied with how nice the staff is especially the manager that works there. The vacuums are pretty powerful. Better than other places that I have gone to in the past. I get the wash with a free car wash in 4 days but I am definitely thinking about getting the monthly car wash plan since it is unlimited washes and the pollen season is coming.Thank you Sam’s Express.

The vacuums suck - or rather, don’t suck. Super weak vacuums. I even moved my car into a different bay assuming that one was just broken - nope just weak. Also they give you like 2 rags to wipe up, while nice it’s not enough. They do a good job of spraying your car before entering the wash - which I like. But in terms of cleaning the interior - not sufficient. I usually go to this place near the target in garner and the free vacuums there are super strong and they have buckets of pre-soaked rags available in every bay. So in comparison to that place, will not be returning here.

I had damage done to my vehicle 5 months ago and I still have not gotten the situation handled. I received a response from my review to send my complaint to an email. I sent an email and have yet to come to a resolution. These people are the absolute worst and I wouldn't recommend them to NOBODY! If I could give them a 0 rating I would!!

Gets the job done ✅Cons: if u go in the morning, you won’t be able to park on the left because the employees cars are there and cones are in the other spots. No coins for the mat cleaner. They rarely ever pre scrub.Also, I had my dog in the car, windows up, he was not bothering anyone. One of the employees, A white overweight woman, took her powerwasher and sprayed it directly at the window he was in, startling both myself and him. Totally uncalled for and unnecessary

For starters, Im very glad I only spent 8 dollars because that's what it was worth. Once I arrived, the outside looked very decent however, once i started my wash the smell was very foul. I can tell they do not clean it out properly. Once i was done with my wash, the lot had only about 5 available vacuums while everything else was blocked off with cones. They offer two types of vacuums and towels with window cleaner. The suction on the vacuum absolutely suck, I had to work ten times harder to get my car clean. The inside of the place is very nice and they offer drinks and other vending machine options including one with car washing materials. The wash was okay but i most definitely would choose american xpress car wash for a better interior clean.
