Loved my cut and root touch up/color! I appreciated how Delaney took time to analyze my hair wave and texture, instead of just giving me a standard layered cut.
Delaney was very pleasant and I feel like I've finally found a stylist I'll return to.

I was looking for a place nearby since I just moved nearby, I thought I could get a quality cut because it is a high end salon.
I showed the stylist a photo of me and the cut I was looking for. The cut was unbalanced and not what I asked for,
I had to come back, she is a level three it is $36.00 for the cut. I gave her a $10 tip.
She is really nice but it was clear she didn’t know how to cut my hair. She called another stylist who came, and rushed through the cut but I tipped her $10 any way.
I am into the cut for $56.00 but a day later my hair it is still unbalanced only now on the other side and I have had better haircuts at low end places.
I would give them a zero on the quality of the cut but they are nice people.
They might just be terrible cutting men’s hair.
Apparently even coming back will not solve the issue.
To bad really, it is convenient for as far as the location, guess I will have to travel to my old stylist 40 minutes away to get this fixed.

I would recommend Lyric to anyone!! She did a fantastic job color correcting my daughter’s blue accented hair back to a rich chestnut color! Her color application really made my daughter’s blue eyes pop and her blow out was spot on!!

Replying to the salon owners response below - I arrived 13 minutes after my scheduled appt. Because I wrote the time down wrong and because the stylist was double booked they had no time for me. I rescheduled for the next week but canceled the night before because I had something come up. This was after my previous appt was cancelled day of when the stylist was sick and no other stylists were available. Also, the deposit was charged to my card before the “second missed appt”

Madison gave me a great haircut! She knew exactly what would look good. She also recommended me a glaze and did a quick massage during the hair wash which was great! All in all, would definitely go back to see her.

Johnny is hands down, the most excellent stylist!! I came from Colorado and went through at least 5 stylists who didn't listen or understand what I needed.
