The new store manager is absolutely amazing & so knowledgeable! I was shocked walking in the door seeing how warm and welcoming she was! 10 out of 10 based on Tatiana & her service’s Alone!

Arrived at this location at 3:55pm on a Wednesday. Saw an employee standing outside the store talking with someone before walking away. When I approached the door, it was locked with the lights still on and no sign on the door indicating why or for how long the store would be closed. I waited in my car for 1 hour to see if the employee would return and open the store but they never did. The website and hours listed on the door stated the store did not close until 7pm. In that hour, over 30 people approached the door but we're not able to get in.

You have the most customer unfriendly employees at this store. Not a hi, hello, welcome and not even eye contact ever. It's the 3rd time I've been in there and the treatment was absolutely unfriendly. Will not be returning, I'll just make my way to the wake forest store and see if their customer service is better.

HUGE shoutout to Lea, I came in looking for a certain product and not only did she show me that but showed me other options as well, she was SO helpful!! definitely will be a more frequent shopper

Last week I walked into this location completed hysterical. I had chunks of hair falling out from over processing. My hair is my signature piece. I was devastated and in tears. Lea was unbelievable. First she talked me off the ledge. Seriously, I was a mental mess. She calmed me down. Then she led me through what my hair needed. She got everything together and finally, she wrote out a timeline of what, how and when to do everything. HOW DID I FIND HER?!?!!?!?!? Sally's is incredibly lucky to have SUCH a caring, knowledgeable employee. I will never go to another Sally's location again. She is beyond amazing.

Fantastic store, very organized and clean. Leah is the best! She was super nice and understanding while I was feeling a complete mess-as I had returned to the store almost 3 times forgetting items. She assured me I was fine and gave a great recommendation of a product I was spooking for. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Sally’s, I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is terrible..the employees open the store late and ordering on-line is a joke...I would rather a regular beauty store over this place anyway..I'm watching ppl pull of bc this girl hasn't opened yet smh..save the trouble and go elsewhere!

I needed specific hair products and several friends had recommended Sally's. I went into the Brier Creek location and as soon as I walked in the woman working asked me if she could help me find something. She wasn't overly friendly just enough. I don't know if I looked overwhelmed or what but I did need help. Terisha explained exactly what I needed and lead me right to the spot to get it. When they didn't have the size I needed, she gave me suggestions as to how to use a bigger bottle and get more for my money. I had to laugh because she also was very CYA with her words as to not suggest I mix certain products because as any woman knows that's a recipe for disaster. The company should reward her for protecting them. I would recommend going to see Terisha for any hair products.

Nothing I buy from this organization works even slightly. I have very bleached hair and cannot find any excuse to why their dyes do not work.

Sally Beauty Supply (at least the Triangle Plantation location) is not navigating COVID-19 communication well. Three (3) different signs are on the front door/window: one indicates the store is temporarily closed due to COVID-19; another lists temporary hours; yet, a 3rd indicates they are offering curbside service (which coincides with google online). How can you offer curbside service when no one is answering the phone? ??♀️ They don’t offer online ordering with pickup in the store. How are your customers supposed to know which sign is accurate? The recording thanks you your patience while they navigate the difficulty of COVID-19 and offers you to speak to an associate by selecting option 3. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, I tried no more. Very confusing and sad that this is the best you can relay your current status. Do better Sally...please do better!

Took my wife on sunday. Door sticker says open at 11am. K picked on door and rudely told not yet. Waited another 20 min outside with other potential customers and still did not open the doors. Unacceptable to make people wait outside while you eat your breakfast at the counter .

Went in to Sally’s as a first time customer and was delighted by the wonderful and attentive customer service! Sydney helped me out so much with any questions I had about the process and picking out some of the best products for the job!! Really appreciate the help and will definitely come back! I commend this Sally’s on their employees and training and especially Sydney!! She rocks!!

This is the SMALLEST Sally I've ever been in. I went there and the two young ladies "working" there (one has blue hair and a bad attitude) were very rude. The one with blue hair was actually sitting on the counter right next to the register talking about she had just woken up from her nap, so she was energized. She didn't even move when I came in. They were gossiping so much that they never even said "hello" to me or the other customer. The one without blue hair is going through a personal issue, so she really wasn't focused on work per their conversation. I can tell you this...I don't know where another SBS is, but I'd rather drive there than to ever come here again. It's bad enough that this location is tiny, but the poor customer service just made the experience worse. I'm going to have to go online tonight to get the stuff I wanted because it's slim pickings in there. Smh.

I have had my license for YEARS... working as a stylist at Great Clips I have made MANY purchases with this store...I change my phone number and all ofasudden I am harassed with a smile by the new manager. When I asjed what the problem was well none of your information is in our system...UNPROFESSIONAL, YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID WE NEED TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION OR SOMETHING
