Just came in and was in the perfume section. There is a 2 ladies extremely rude.one I think was Jen had a thick Slavic accent and the other was a tall black lady with glasses. Spent a lot of money with this company never again.

I purchased a bag for almost $400. Within a month of purchase, and only four uses the zipper popped off. They told me they would make a one time exception to refund the bag, and noted that it had been used, the zipper was broken, and the tag was removed. Based on this assurance, I repurchased the purse new and sent the used bag for return. I called multiple times about the return and they kept telling me to wait for the refund. I found out almost 16 days after I sent the return when I called again, that the return department had rejected the bag as it had signs of use. Apparently marks and a smell??? The word ‘used’ connotes signs of usage but apparently I was supposed to detail every mark or smell from my four times use. They dumped it back in the box I sent it without even placing it back in the dust bag and shipped back to me without notifying me of anything. I had no idea it was sitting in the box by my front door front for days. After calling multiple times, they made me wait two full days for an answer, and after I demanded an answer on the third day, their “leadership” team refused to refund me. They would not speak with me and used the agent as a shield telling me to literally accept this atrocious situation. I was further told they make no guarantee about the quality of the products they sell even though they sell designer products. I wasted precious money, energy, and time…beware of poor customer service and throwing away money on poor quality products that should be of good quality due to the goodwill of the brand names. I will never purchase anything from Saks Off again. Apparently they have complete disregard for their customers and treat you with no dignity at care at all. Very saddened and disappointed!

If you're a Saks Fifth shopper, this place will be a disappointment . I love shopping at the Saks in Florida at Dadeland mall. I usually go once a year on business and I get great service. This location I visit regularly and every time I walk in, the sales staff just stare as if I'm not a customer. They never give samples, they never have anything new, they rarely have anything. It's a waste of a department store. And once I tried to return perfume and the manager told me they don't accept returns, which is untrue because I've purchased and returned perfumes before at Saks in Dadeland mall in FL.

This Saks refused to accept my return from an online order because it was “damaged.” Well, that’s why I was trying to return it. The hoodie I ordered was actually MOLDY due to the shipping box getting wet (see picture).I understand that online order shipping issues are not my local store’s fault. However, the Saks website return policy says “make a return in-person for a faster refund.” They directed me back to the website’s customer service, so that was not my experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the level of service I received at your store on July 30th 2023. My experience at your establishment was nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.Upon entering your store, I was not acknowledged or greeted by any of the staff, despite walking around for a considerable amount of time. Subsequently, when I attempted to return a pair of Chanel shoes, which had been ordered by my personal shopper from another location, I was met with what I can only describe as abysmal customer service. The individual handling my return transaction barely communicated with me and seemed to treat me with a complete lack of respect or courtesy.As I was leaving the store, I encountered another representative who, in stark contrast, was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not manage to obtain her name, but I was grateful for her assistance. However, what followed next was deeply unsettling. My children noticed that we were being closely monitored, with one of your representatives seemingly following us and then observing from a distance as we left the premises. This behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated.Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and has left me with a feeling of deep dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times, and I certainly did not receive the level of service that your establishment purports to offer.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and investigate the behavior of your staff. I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken to address these issues and prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment in the future.I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions that will be taken to address this matter. I hope for a swift resolution and an assurance that steps will be taken to improve the customer service standards at your store.I have the receipt and the time that I was in your store if needed.This took me a while to pull together because I was just going to just let it go but I feel like it’s time to speak up!

Don't ever order anything from them online. We ordered some items and they told us that they lost our order in their warehouse. We ask for a refund and they said we had to wait 7 days because it's policy. Told them we did not agree with that but sure. Well today is the seven days and we call back for our refund and we are now told we need to wait 3 days. They are stealing and refusing to issue refunds. I will never order from here again.

Saks had poor customer service today. Maria, the salesperson, did not acknowledge my presence the entire time I stood in front of the desk/register, waiting to ask questions about a gown. The supervisor/manager came over to ask her a question... still while I stood there. It wasn't until I finally spoke up while staring at both of them. Ken, the manager then asked if I needed help. It wasn't until afterwards Maria asked if she could help. I walked over to another register and was helped by Beth! Did not spend my money there. Went to Nordstrom.
