I came across this store by chance, they happened to have a racing crop I have been wanting (that is sold out everywhere) in my size! The crop was shipped SO fast!!! And they even had a sweet, hand written note on the receipt!! Amazing customer service! I need to plan a trip to Raleigh, so I can visit the store in person! Thanks for the great service…signed a very happy runner!

The best running store. My partner and I try to stop in whenever we are in Raleigh. It's always super welcoming, the staff is great and you can find shoes and apparel there you can't find in store anywhere else. Can't recommend Runologie enough

I am grateful to Chalen who very patiently helped me out to find the perfect shoe for my feet. She is pleasant and informative. The person who owns the place guided to me a great pair of shoes that works for my feet 2 years ago. I did go to other places and ended up coming back here.Thank you Chalen for your kindness! Plus the aroma of coffee in the space next to the shoes was wonderful.

Really great store with super knowledgeable and attentive staff. I was lucky enough to walk in on the day Ethan was working who helped fit me with a pair of shoes I normally wouldn’t have looked into and so glad I got them with his help. Also a very cool coffee shop here as well within the store so it’s a great hub. The running club they run out of here is also very vibrant too: organising cool events and meeting regularly. One of a kind running shop and well worth visiting and getting a new set of “wheels” from.

I visited this store last week. It's kind of hard to find and parking is limited. It took a couple of minutes 3-4 minutes before I was greeted. They carry a lot of Nike shoes which I don't wear. I was looking for a Altra Colorado Escalante running shoe which they didn't have. I did see some cool looking Saucony Peregrine 13's that my wife may like... Unfortunately I don't think this is the running shoe store for me. All the Best.

A prime example of how small stores are far better than any corporation no matter how much they market themselves as such. I had an adjustment to an order, a day after placing the initial one but before it shipped. Alex accommodated it ASAP. As it turns out, there was a mix up with my order upon delivery. We communicated and triple checked. Since the item was no longer in stock, he direct ordered from the vendor immediately. That's what customer service is about. Creating a positive experience rather than focusing on revenue. Keep it up, Runologie!

Fantastic selection of the latest gear from a knowledgeable staff. Alex and his team go above and beyond to educate you on what you need and how to use it properly. You can tell that they truly care about helping you achieve your goals. I have participated in several of their races and community events and they are always a good time! Highly recommend!
