Charged me to fail my inspection then couldn’t even tell me why it was on but tried to say they have to charge for factory window tint that’s way over 35 % bunch of bull waited a hour and was the first one there

Great experience! They took the time to answer the phone and invite me in to look at the concern involving the brake line on my truck. Gave options and actual fixed the problem the 1st time! Asked if anything else was needed and they fixed that issue as well. Huge difference from going to another repair facility about other issues that gave no updates and used faulty aftermarket parts. Wish I would have found Route 401 Auto Repair 1st. Lesson learned, THANKS!Services: Brakes
