I normally don’t leave reviews but this place really took care of me! I came here after another tire shop refused to put my upgraded rims & tires on my specific make & model. I looked around for other tire shops near by but everything was closed (Memorial Day). I called Rockside told them my situation & told me to bring it in that they would take a look at it. Once there it took them less than 45 minutes to install all 4 rims & tires mounted & balanced. Professional job done by the techs, not a single scratch on my brand new rims! Super friendly, great customer service, reasonably priced, & went above and beyond to satisfy customer. Definitely recommend this place!

Completely ruined my hubcaps on my 2021 GMC Sierra. I have a nice truck and now my rims are chipped. Also did not torque my wheels either after installation. I am lucky I drove to another place to get this fixed ASAP.

I used to try to deal with them a lot until my recent experience I bought some new tires and went there to get them installed other places usually up with charge you $30 to 35 dollars they were trying to charge me for my own tire sensors Crooks especially the guy Felix the manager I would not recommend this place to no one and I'm not in the type to write reviews but it is ridiculous you try to help people out and be nice and friendly to people and they try to get over ridiculous charged me over $250 that's double what I should have paid

The worst experience ever. They tightened my lock nut too tight when I tried to change my brakes it stripped my lug key. When I went back the technician said "you have to pay to get that nut removed, ITS NOT OUR FAULT". The technician was very rude and did more harm than good.
