My husband and I recently purchased our first home in Clayton and we could not be more appreciative of Rob and the great job he did throughout the process! We were completely clueless and he walked us through everything and our options, without ever being pushy or pressuring us. He met with us after work hours for the pre-approval and once we had an offer accepted the actual approval process went smoothly and was quick, even with impending holiday time. Thank you Rob!!

We just purchased our first home and Rob was so helpful every step of the process and was able to get us approved for more than expected. He was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions and guided us through the process of purchasing our first home. We would definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy a home. We Love working with Rob. Have used him on 4 mortgages now, both personal and investment properties. Even referred several friends that were very pleased as well. Main reason we keep going back to Rob is because I feel like I can trust him to have my best interest at hand. I'm no mortgage expert but I know after several transactions that he will look out for me. Hard to trust people in business but Robs a great guy. He's very knowledgable and always on the ball. Plan to use him again later on this year for our next home.

Rob is our go-to guy for when we are purchasing a home and need a loan. Rob has helped me with my last two home purchases and now I can't even begin to imagine purchasing a home without him. From the first conversation to the last he is nothing but professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I know I can give him a call for even the smallest insignificant question and he will treat it like it's the most important part of his day. Home buying is stressful and there is nothing like having someone firmly in your corner ready to dispense valuable advice at a moment's notice. My partner and I have been living in the rental from hell for the past year and a half and although we were planning to buy a new home this fall our situation demanded that we move a little sooner-- this left us both rushing into a stressful seller's market 6mos ahead of schedule. We had a lender all lined up and a gorgeous home we were hoping to buy, but the seller needed a 30 day close date. When the original lender said "no way" our realtor put us in touch with Rob. It was a Friday night around 7pm, and he called us right back and stayed on the line with us for over two hours working out the details of our pre-approval. From that point forward, for the next 30 days Rob was the best part of our home-buying process. He was punctual, courteous, well-connected and diligent. Not only did he and his team bend over backwards to ensure our paperwork was processed to close on-time but he secured us a better interest rate and encouraged us every step of the way. As first time home buyers we'd like to think we had done our research but even when we had "stupid question" or second guessed ourselves Rob always took the time to answer our calls, walk us through the details and make sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Best of all, he's a straight-shooter and isn't going to just "tell you what you want to hear," something that I value highly when making such an important life decision. We have no hesitation recommending Rob Yo, the Mortgage Pro to friends and family in the future.

Rob was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, punctual, informative, and professional throughout the entire experience of getting a mortgage. He cares about his clients and makes himself available to answer any questions they may have. Rob even attended our closing and actively engaged in explaining anything we needed clarification on.
