African American cashier stole my $10 I win from scratch off. I realized this after trying to cash it in another store and it was already paid out. The cashier claimed her machine was down when in reality she scanned it and pocketed it. I’m glad it was not more then $10 I won. There is no telling how many ppl she rips off. I called to speak to the so called manager but neither her or the cashier was not helpful. I will report them to the lotto associated and will not go back in there. Whomever buys lotto tics in there need to go somewhere else cause you get ripped off in there.
