I went to the North Hills Raleigh store to see if they could help me with a stuck zipper on my REI rain jacket. The checkout person told me to go to Doug. He was the miracle worker there. Always a relaxed shopping experience at REI. Plenty of inventory and assistance to go right to what you need. Plenty of sizes to select from in clothing and can bring in any strays that might be out of stock.

Great customer service. The staff were super friendly with us, and all the folks we talked to were helpful.We got the membership, it's worth it if you spend more than about 250$.They have high-qualitybstuff there, and they let us try on a backpack/baby carrier.
