I e been coming to this Redwing when they where still located by the dollar store. Never really had an issue until today. Came in to pick up my shoes I got resold. The young lady behind the counter brought me my shoes. Only thing is they weren’t in a box as I delivered them. When I explained I brought them in in a red wing shoebox, I expected to have them return to me in the same box or equivalent said that’s not how they come back and when I explained to her that this is how I put my shoes back in the closet I would appreciate a new box. She got quite the attitude with me, when she came back in a box, she laid them on the counter, and I thanked her and I was on my way. Maybe it’s time some additional training from the manager. This was at 11am 10/24 other than that, I’ve never had a bad experience coming to this location. Manager is always very nice and polite to me. This is why I’m still giving them four stars.

my first ever experience was excellent, i’m never getting a pair of work boots from anywhere else. they didn’t have the shoes i wanted to try in stock so the employee brought out every shoe they had in my size. very pleased

I love my experience at Red Wing. I first went to the Durham store and the employee would not let me in with 15 minutes before closing. Nevertheless, I went to the Raleigh location and I made it before it closed. My sales was professional and provided great customer service. Although I went above my budget, I am extremely happy with purchase. After one week wearing my new boots, my Red Wing boots have exceeded my expectations.

The experience was okay, expected a bit more for how expensive the boots are. Two workers and about 3-4 customers in there the whole time. Felt like the employees struggled to balance everyone and communicate with everyone. We were left waiting a good portion of the time so it took us an hour to try on two pairs of boots and get checked out. I don’t mind waiting but it would’ve been nice to have been told, “let me check this person out & I’ll be right over” or something like that. The boots are good quality, sizing lacked a bit but the store did seem small.

I was able to check to see if the shoe I needed was in stock. When determined it was not, I was able to order and have shipped directly to home. Excellent customer service!

Both employees truly went above and beyond for me. The gentleman and the woman who works there are extremely professional. 10/10 recommend to tradesmen / women and the boots are amazing, worth the price.

had an issue with the steel toe in my boots hurting my toe so i went up there to swap them out as i hadn't owned them for 30 days yet.Nayeli was SUPER helpful, she brought out probably almost 10 pairs of boots to help me find the perfect size and answered all my questions
