My wife went into the store to get ready for fall kickoff this year, 8/25/24 She brought a coupon for 25% off with a use date of 12/31/24 valid in-store only. When she went to check out, the cashier told her they would not accept the coupon and the posted a note on the checkout counter saying such, but on the coupon on the counter used as an example, they cut off the bottom text that had the use by date. When my wife questioned it, she was met with rude remarks from the cashier. There was no other warnings or signs that the coupon would not be accepted (online or on the front door of the store). We tend not to shop there because of previous poor experiences with the staff, but this has sealed the deal that we will not spend another dime at the store. As we are both alumni and former student athletes at NCSU, it is disheartening to see a store so closely affiliated with the university be so disappointing.

Great shop for NC State alumni, students, and fans alike. Great items to show support for the school. However, the biggest thing for me is that they have no big and tall items. As an alum, it's disappointing to not have options in a historic fan shop!

This is by far the best place to get NC State fan wear. The prices are very reasonable they often have a lot of good items on sale. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are in Raleigh for any reason and you are an NC State fan of any kind, you need to go to the Red and White Shop!
