Incredibly awful customer service. I called AHEAD! to make sure the truck was still available and they told me “yes I’m looking at it right now I’ll set it aside for you till you get here.” I drove over 2.5 hours to get there, test drive the truck, check it out and then proceeded to check carfax inside, all the above…. I then let them know I was walking outside to apply for the loan I came back inside after getting approved on it, for them to then tell me someone is on his way back with a check to buy the truck that apparently was there this morning for a test drive and left with a bill of sale to the bank for the loan… never once did they tell me someone’s trying to get approved for it or a potential buyer whatsoever!!!! NOT TO MENTION THE GUY NEVER LEFT A DEPOSIT ON THE TRUCK!!! so I was pushed over even after telling them I was ready to put a deposit down on the truck. 7.5 hours wasted of my day when they could have told me up front when I asked prior to driving there.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Best experience buying my first Tesla I could have ever asked for. The manager and sales woman was so experienced and smart when it came to the vehicles on their lot. They are Tesla experts and in their own words” if it’s not perfect I won’t sell it” I will always come back and recommend people to this company.

RDU Auto Sales did a most professional and courteous job in preparing this preowned BMW for me and my long journey back to New York. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for quality automobiles at very reasonable and affordable prices.

Vehicle was overpriced and the value that they used on autotrader was way off. Interior lights didn't work, front bumper has damage, passenger mirror is damaged, center console cup holder is broken and the gas cap cover is broken off at the hinge and yet the estimate of value that was shown was for excellent condition. At the end of the day I'm the one that over payed but i definitely wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone else. They do a good job of hiding vehicle defects.

We bought a 2017 Model X from RDU Auto at the end of June. It was a great experience without any sales pressure. The car has been great so far (although it has only been a month!), the price was the best I have seen and they gave me a bit more for my trade in than some other quotes I got. The sales staff is very knowledgeable about Teslas which is important. They had it at a good state of charge for a test drive and the software was fully up to date. They also transferred the ownership in Tesla's database before I left making using the app, super charging etc very easy. This car is somewhat of a gamble for us but I felt it was the best choice for our family going fully electric. We took it on a trip to Pigeon Forge and it did perfect, if I had the money I would probably buy another Tesla from RDU :).

rdu auto made buying my first car so easy! they had the car i wanted for a great price and the entire process, from test drive to papers, took less than 1.5 hrs. everyone was friendly and they didn’t make me feel insignificant because i wasn't buying a new/high end/expensive car. i couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. thanks so much, rdu auto!

I bought a model 3 from RDU Auto last month. This is the best car buying experience that I’ve had. I worked mostly with Lily and a little bit with Omar. They were both very pleasant to work with and very helpful at answering my questions. I knew the car that I wanted and I had been looking for a few months. The prices they were offering were lower than almost all of the competition that I had seen. So as soon as they got what I was looking for in stock I jumped on it. They don’t do financing there which I actually appreciated. Most dealerships I had talked to were trying to sell me on their financing and if you wanted to use outside financing or pay cash then they’ll ignore you. The buying process was quick and easy. Took maybe 15 minutes. I am still thrilled with the car I bought from them. If you are looking for a used Tesla I really recommend taking a look at RDU Auto.

I was really indecisive about picking out my first car when I came across this Lexus on CarGurus. Decided to go see it and it was definitely love at first sight. I worked with Lily and she was so nice and patient! They left me and my parents alone and let us test drive and check out the car with no harassment! I really appreciated that. I’ve had it for almost a month and i absolutely love it. So glad I went with RDU Auto! Only took off a star because the car wasn’t washed when I went to get it but other than that I absolutely LOVEE my car and I thank you guys for giving me a smooth car buying experience!

I recently purchased a Lexus RCF from RDU Auto and initially, I was thrilled with my new car. However, shortly after the purchase, I encountered an issue with the vehicle. I was concerned and reached out to the dealership. To my relief, They were incredibly responsive and professional. They quickly addressed the problem and ensured my car was checked out. Despite the initial hiccup, the dealership went above and beyond in resolving the issue promptly and efficiently left me very satisfied with my experience and will look forward to doing business with them!
