I’m a big fan of this store. And this brand. And their customer service. Some of my most beautiful shoes are from Rangoni and it’s not because I saw them in the window - because I didn’t. I showed Edna pictures of shoes I LOVE and she brought out similar shoes from the back. The craftsmanship is BEAUTIFUL. Highly recommend.

I just moved to Raleigh and decided to look at Rangoni shoes. They have outstanding costumer service. Edna is very attentive and I love my leather boots from there. It is super comfortable and well made. Love the events they promote too.

The 1 star review is by no means reflective of the products sold or customer service provided. As someone who has actually WALKED INSIDE and purchased items there for myself and as a gift, I can attest to the quality of their items. Both my mom and I have boots from Rangoni that are the most comfortable boots we've ever walked in. They have a really nice selection and the women who have helped us have been very kind and helpful.

I'm not a shopper of this store but when I walked by the store today they had the front doors open and were successfully cooling the outdoors. I have asked other businesses that do this to stop the wasteful and irresponsible practice. Mostly they understand and comply. I called the store and the store manager at this location said a polite thank you and then hung up on me. I'm no real tree hugger but I find this practice ridiculous.
