I am a parent and worker at Raleigh Knowledge Beginnings, I’ve been with the Kindercare company for a while now. I love being a Toddler teacher at Knowledge Beginnings, I have a wonderful co-teacher Ms.Emi, who is beyond amazing when it comes to teaching and loving each child in her care. My daughter attends Knowledge Beginnings and she loves it, she is 2 years old now, but even at the age of 1, she knew so much more than the average 1 year old because of Ms.Emi. She was counting in not 1, but 3 different languages at the age of 1, English, Spanish, and Swahili. She is now in Ms.Hope class, which is one of our amazing Discovery Preschool classes and I can’t express enough how much she is still learning and growing every single day. Knowledge Beginnings is a wonderful, professional place with great people from the Director, assistant Director, down to the staff and I wouldn’t trade the journey that my daughter and I have had with them, a great environment and team!

I was reserving my opinions until litigation but I felt compelled to warn other BIPOC people about this place. The new director is inexperienced, uninformed and scared to do whats right for the children under her care. The assistant director was without mincing words racist and frequently undermined staff and the regional person was extremely rude unaware and condescending. Do not send your children here. Especially children receiving services from the county, per the assistant director who frequently lied to the county stating she was in charge “the staff isnt trained or educated enough to assist with children with different needs.” Meanwhile the staff have their degrees and accolades listed outside of classrooms which I found astounding she feels that way when they happen to be highly educated just not the same skin tone. The director has no idea what she is doing and was far from helpful when realizing children have different needs from others. She has no experience with the county or being able to provide any assistance with county services, subsequently I pulled my son. I found an amazing other day care in the area and Im quite sad I didnt find them sooner bc this was an extremely stressful environment and experience working w these people being new to the area. Hopefully this helps anyone moving looking for a school. There are wayyy better schools around that have more experience and aren’t as ill informed and undermining.

I have had a wonderful experience at Knowledge beginnings. My son's daycare teachers are so lovely and caring and I LOVE reading the daily activities that my son has been participating in. It's a highlight of my day personally. The center is run by organized and responsive directors and I feel confident having my most important loved one being care for by the staff at Knowledge Beginnings.

Knowledge Beginnings is a great school with a friendly and open atmosphere where young children can thrive. Every DAY my daughter has had AMAZING teachers. The staff is extremely stable and consistent. The staff is very patient with the kids. All of the teachers are personable, responsive to your concerns and they go above and beyond to accommodate any needs. This is lovely community that will offer your child infinite support from their teachers, support staff, and peers. I highly recommend this place! My only regrets is not finding this place sooner!

When you select a child care center, you're really choosing an extension of your family, and Knowledge Beginnings has been the perfect fit for us. The staff is warm and friendly, and they truly care about our daughter and our family. And our daughter absolutely loves it there! She is learning and growing so much, and it's comforting to have the support and partnership of the Knowledge Beginnings team to help us along the way.

From day one, it's been such a rewarding experience for our family to watch our daughter learn and grow here at this school. From the professionalism, education, and love everyone here shows, we couldn't be happier with our decision! We immediately noticed our daughter's progress with their programs... something she wasn't absorbing from her prior school. She's excelling in every way developmentally and she loves being here. The director is always very engaged with daily operations, with parents and most of all the children. Everyone here genuinely has a great passion for what they do and it shows. We love this school and highly recommend it to anyone searching for a star quality experience. It definitely exceeds our expectations. The Ealey family

The center is like family. The teachers are great and my son adores his teacher. KB has a warm homey feeling, and I appreciate the curriculum they provide for the kids.

Our family was part of the KB family for about 15 months and every single day of those 15 months at KB was wonderful! The teachers of the school are highly attentive, happy to chat, and are always able to share tiny details of the day. Also, Anneke the director, is phenomenal. Anytime I had questions or concerns she would literally stop whatever she was in the middle to give me her undivided attention. This is an all around wonderful school!

The Best Daycare!! Love everyone that works at Knowledge Beginnings. As a new mom it is extremely hard to leave your child with anyone but this is no ordinary daycare. They truly love and care for your child as if they were there own. Can't say enough about the teachers and staff!!!

This daycare is wonderful. Our daughter felt very comfortable with her teacher, Ms. Cassandra, from day one of meeting her. The Assistant Director, Ms. Jaime, is very helpful, always in a good mood and a natural with children. She smiles genuinely to the parents when she greets them warmly. The Director, Anneke, is the same way and yet is able to hold to the rules of the daycare in a caring, maternal way, which is important to us. We have met some Directors who don't possess this talent...they are either too rigid with the kids, or they make exceptions to safety rules when parents are present. In our experience, Anneke maintains the safety of the kids in an educational way. We can't say enough good things about Knowledge Beginnings.

My son is 4 years old, and has been at Knowledge Beginnings for 2 years and my wife and I are so happy that he is treated so well. All the staff at Knowledge Beginnings are friendly, kind, highly motivated and loving. Knowledge Beginnings curriculum allows my son to grow as an individual and will prepare him for elementary school. Knowledge Beginnings is GREAT place for a child to grow, learn, and have fun!

My child has been going to Knowledge Beginnings for 4 months now and she loves it. She stayed at home with me for almost a year so getting adjusted to a day care was a little difficult for her. The staff at Knowledge Beginnings was very understanding and helped her adjust. They also helped us with our NACCRRA application (assistance for military families). My child loves the children in her class and her teacher, Ms. Lilly (who is a saint). I was so scared of putting my child in day care but it is so good for my daughter to get social interaction since she is the only child. I am very pleased with this day care we will continue to go there. The best thing about this day care is it is very CLEAN! The staff keeps every toy and every room sanitized. My child has only been sick one time since she started there. I know other parents that take their kids to day care and their kids are sick all the time!!! I am so pleased that this is not the case with Knowledge Beginnings.
