Our kitten had broken his leg in a freak accident and had to get it amputated. Raleigh community animal hospital was very kind and supportive for us during this difficult procedure for us to go through. Answered all of our questions. Made the experience of a difficult time for us very well.

I wish I could give more stars. This has been the best vet I’ve ever gone to! They took such good care of our new puppy and answered any questions we had. Now, they’ve gone above and beyond for our cat that has kidney disease. They are quick to respond to messages on their app, quick with requests for documentation, if they aren’t able to answer the phone their call back time is within 5-10 minutes. We couldn’t ask for better people to take care of our animals during stressful times!

I came in beginning of the week with my great dane Chevy who hadn’t been feeling well. My dogs and I moved to North Carolina in September and it’s been a very tough transition to say the least. Allison was our vet tech and our vet was Dr Simmons. Both treated Chevy and myself with kindness and compassion. They took really great care of Chevy and figured out what the issue was. They both provided great instructions for after care and went over everything I needed to know. Allison even called a couple days after to see how things were going. I don’t know anyone in North Carolina and times have been tough but my dogs mean the world to me and having them properly cared for is very important. I am very fortunate that I found this vet clinic. And lastly I am happy to report Chevy seems to be getting better and better everyday.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. They truly care about your animals and aren’t just in the business to nickel and dime you. They have appointments for regular check ups but they also will fit you in with very little notice. Their ability to see you on such short notice has saved me so much money. If they weren’t so accommodating I’d have to take my dog to Urgent Care or the Emergency Vet. Now on to my story. I brought my youngest dog Chloe to the office because she had what I thought were seizures . When I called, they told me to come in immediately, and they would see her as soon as I could get her there. Once we arrived the doctor didn’t make us wait very long before he examined her. Basically he offered a few different options for treatment and gave us medicine to stop the seizures. They get an A++++++++ from my family!! I trust them implacably.

40 years ago I began as an apprentice plumber . I had to work harder then, than at any other time in my career. The learning curve was intense. As a master plumber some 22 years later, I was able to provide a service that from all those years in apprenticeship and experience could not be given any other way, Plainly , I can say that I would take my plumbing issues to a man such as myself being absolutely confident of the best service possible. We seem to be at the point here at RCAH where the learning curve is intense and that the service provided needs to be based more on raw determination to provide a professional and accurate diagnosis and treatment than one based on experience alone.

After a terrible experience with another vet, I took my dog here for an examination, and to discuss a treatment plan for her.I feel the staff took my concerns about Gabby seriously and scheduled her surgery right away. I don't feel that they tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary services, and the estimate I was given for her treatment was fair.

We used to love going here and the care felt above and beyond. With several trusted doctors vacating the space in the past few years we’ve decided to provide our dog with better care elsewhere. The last 2-3 times have felt cold, filled with conflicting information, and money grabs.

The staff at Raleigh Community Animal Hospital are nice and friendly! They care about your pets and are excited to see updates about them. Last I was there with my cats, the nurses were excited to see how well the kittens were doing. It’s a great environment overall.

The entire staff & experience was nothing short of incredible. From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly & in a timely manner. My pet & I were treated with compassion & care. Drs & nurse were knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, & were very transparent. I can’t thank them enough for being so wonderful & putting my mind at ease.

i could not dream of a better vet. one of our dogs is very scared of the vet and needs special treatment and patience and each time he comes in, the staff work really hard to not only treat him but make the experience as smooth as possible. ASK ABOUT HAPPY VISITSIf i HAD to give some constructive criticism, they have a great app you can use for appointments, scheduling, and ordering dog supplies including dog prescriptions that can be delivered........ it took us over a year of going there to find this out and i wish that information was made more available or clearer. its entirely possible that im just a ding dong and i was told and forgot or wasn't paying attention to clear marketing signs.

Very good care. My cat had to have surgery for some things and a dental procedure and everything went very well. Takes a lot of money and time to figure things out but we got there. Thank you!

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and doctors at raleigh community. The professionalism and patience they showed while working with my anxious pup was incredible. They showed great care for my dog and made sure I had everything I needed to be a successful dog owner - and if they couldn’t do it, they gladly recommended someone who could. One of my favorite things they do is what they call ‘happy visits.’ It is their special way of allowing your animal to become comfortable with their office and staff without the usual shots, blood draws and general poking and prodding during an exam. They will love on your animal and give them treats, showing them that this is a fun/safe place to be.If you are looking for a new vet or your first, give them a try!

This is an excellent staff. The only issue I have is that when I attempted to refill my cat’s flea, tick and heart worm medication they informed me that they require a health exam to refill the medication. My cat is 5 years old and in good health. When I questioned their requirement I was told that they needed a client/patient relationship (which we have because we received her 3 year vaccinations at their facility), I informed them that we did and then they said it was illegal which at that point they just seemed to come up with an excuse as to why they could not sell it. I understand they are there to make money, but requiring a health exam for flea, tick and heart worm prevention seems excessive.

Raleigh Community Animal Hospital has been my go-to veterinarian for several years. The entire staff is amazing, caring, thoughtful, compassionate, and above all, professional people who love pets! They make you feel welcome the moment you step through the door and they treat your furbabies like they are their own. Dr. Miller is truly one of a kind and I’m so glad she joined the RCAH team. She is incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent, never rushes, and communicates everything clearly and with ease. And she makes it a priority to keep your pet as stress-free as possible throughout the appointment. I am so happy with the level of care this team provides and want to thank you all for taking great care of my girls!

For over eight years, the RCAH team has taken care of my sweet, sassy cat. Every single team member showed me and Jojo amazing kindness and provided the highest level of care - I knew they always had her best interest at heart. And if you need a place for your pet to stay while you travel, their boarding team is phenomenal - I would not have trusted anyone else to care for my senior cat as well as they did.Yesterday, I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl after 17 years. The RCAH team displayed unparalleled compassion and kindness through this difficult decision. They brought us into their comfort room, talked about next steps, and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. It was all so very peaceful.I cannot thank the RCAH team enough for their kindness, knowledge, and support over the last eight years. Jojo was always in good hands and I am so grateful for each and every one of you.
