Today we had our first visit and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us and our dog, Remy, feel right at home. They were incredibly thorough in their examination and took the time to answer all of our questions with patience and clarity.
What stood out the most was the genuine affection and care they showed Remy. It was clear that he felt comfortable and at ease in their hands, which speaks volumes about their dedication and expertise. We’re thrilled to have found such a wonderful vet and highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets.
Thank you for making our first visit such a positive experience!

We have never put an animal down, but with our 18yr old cat in Stage 4 renal failure, not eating, anemic and more, we knew it was the right thing to do. RCAH treated the whole process with dignity. The day we arrived to put him down, they greeted us with solemnity and warmth. We were put in a room with 2 comfortable chairs, a comfortable pet bed amd soothing white noise. There was no rush. They were ready when we were. Our vet, Dr Simmons, was gentle and appeared to care deeply. The whole process was hard, but good.
A few days later we received a sympathy card signed by about a dozen people. And not just signatures. There was a note above each signature. Their compassion was quite moving.
We will probably face the same process with our other 18yo cat. We'll be in good hands at RCAH

Trust them with my cat’s. Super helped and thorough with everything they do.
Last year my cat was constipated, took him to an ER but they didn’t do much and sent him home. Next day I took him to Raleigh community animal hospital and they made sure he gets the appropriate treatment. I legit thought I was gonna lose him but the staff was super thorough and made sure he was fine before he walked out.
The pictures are from his annual exam/vaccine appointment yesterday ?

This reviews is long overdue… they took such sweet care of our beloved Dude during his heart work treatment. They were always so kind, so loving, so gentle. 7 years later, we came to the gut wrenching decision that we needed to say goodbye to our bestest bud. We went through an in home service that allowed us to put our biggest guy to rest in the peace of our home and they must’ve contacted his vet and they sent this beautiful card. I cried like a baby of course but it was so comforting to know this vet had such a love for him and us to send us a thinking of you card during our grieving. I am so speechless. I couldn’t be more pleased with how much they loved and cared for our boy even if they didn’t see him every day. Thank you Raleigh Community Animal Hospital for giving our bestest friend 7 more wonderful years of life and for the sweetest card at his passing. ?

Got my rescue kitty neutered here. They had an appt available within a few days, and he had the procedure 2 days later. Friendly staff & reasonable prices, with NO PRESSURE to purchase any of the "extras".

Our kitten had broken his leg in a freak accident and had to get it amputated. Raleigh community animal hospital was very kind and supportive for us during this difficult procedure for us to go through. Answered all of our questions. Made the experience of a difficult time for us very well.

I wish I could give more stars. This has been the best vet I’ve ever gone to! They took such good care of our new puppy and answered any questions we had. Now, they’ve gone above and beyond for our cat that has kidney disease. They are quick to respond to messages on their app, quick with requests for documentation, if they aren’t able to answer the phone their call back time is within 5-10 minutes. We couldn’t ask for better people to take care of our animals during stressful times!

I came in beginning of the week with my great dane Chevy who hadn’t been feeling well. My dogs and I moved to North Carolina in September and it’s been a very tough transition to say the least. Allison was our vet tech and our vet was Dr Simmons. Both treated Chevy and myself with kindness and compassion. They took really great care of Chevy and figured out what the issue was. They both provided great instructions for after care and went over everything I needed to know. Allison even called a couple days after to see how things were going. I don’t know anyone in North Carolina and times have been tough but my dogs mean the world to me and having them properly cared for is very important. I am very fortunate that I found this vet clinic. And lastly I am happy to report Chevy seems to be getting better and better everyday.
