This Quest laboratory is located in the Triangle Town Center Walmart SuperCenter. I visited today to complete a Biometrics screening for my health plan. I scheduled a 9:10 appointment and was seen way ahead of my appointment time. I used the kiosk to sign in and scan my ID & Insurance Card. Cindy , the phlebotomist came out to greet me immediately. I was weighed, blood pressure screened and my blood was drawn in less than 10 minutes. This location is excellent. I have always been happy with the service everywhere with Quest. The best part is I saved on my grocery bill by shopping in the Walmart after my appointment. A win ! Super convenient location.

My technician was excellent...she was experienced and made me feel comfortable. Everything went smoothly...from the online selection and purchase of my test to the scheduling the appointment, and the check in process at the clinic. Nothing but high praise from me.

Office was rude. Phlebotomist was cold and wouldn’t even answer basic questions. It was during the computer outage, but I had a printed order. They both seemed like I was interrupting their day. 45 minutes after my blood draw I got an email saying my appointment was canceled. 24 hours later I give it about 25% chance that I receive results at all. Very unprofessional. I would not return if I had any other options. Do better.

Located inside of the Walmart is convenient because you can do shopping if needed afterwards. Place is clean. Lab technician is pleasant, excellently quick and pain free with the needle. They take walk-ins I believe , but probably best if you make an appointment. ONLY downside, not enough of them. Had to drive almost an hour to get there .

Terrible Experience. On the website it lists that they do drug tests as walk-in only and when I went in the morning the lady was extremely rude. She said, "the last drug test I am doing is in the next 5 minutes" and shut the door on my face before I could even ask when I could come back. I waited for her to come out to ask to schedule an appoint and she said they don't do appointments and I would just have to come back and shut the door on my face again. I am disappointed by the attitude and disrespect I received. I would avoid going to this place at all cost.

Drove an hour for a walk in. No one in the waiting room and the tablet said there was an hour until the next appointment. Why even allow walk in appointments. This is supposed to be a quick, easy process.This would never happen at Labcorp. They keep rolling.

I was taken on time and the two ladies helping me were just so nice and friendly. I've never had a good time getting labs done before. I would most highly recommend this location - excellent staff and clean facility!!!
