I have been using PSP for close to ten years now. It's like a small town Pharmacy in a large metropolitan area. They know me by name and even send me texts and call me on my birthday. My doctor sends in my prescription and if I walk in and they see me approaching the counter they have my bag in hand, and clipboard ready for me to sign. If I get there before the digital order from my physician hasn't been seen yet, they will drop what their doing (unless with a customer) go to printer grab the prescription and fill it within minutes and have me on my way. I feel like I'm giving away my secret place but deserve your business. If you are looking for a better pharmacy give PSP a try.

This pharmacy not only has the best customer service, but they support uninsured patients with affordable medications. They also work with local charities to ensure that patients can get those unaffordable medications at no cost. This is pharmacy with heart!

First let me say I love and appreciate this store. I like that I have an option to support a local business, and I like that I have a lot more options for local products, like meat, veggies, and eggs. I have shopped here exclusively for almost 5 years and intend to continue. I also like going there for another reason. I struggle with social anxiety and have trouble with crowds, particularly in tight areas like a grocery store. Carlie C's is not only never crowded at the time I typically shop, but they are one of the last places other than Walmart to still have self checkout. I prefer to use self checkout. However I've come here today to make a complaint relevant to the point above. When I was there Friday, March 4th I walked up to the self checkout, which was empty at the time, to pay for my groceries. One of the customer service managers ran out from behind the desk and stood in front of my cart and said in a very nasty tone "self check out is 20 items or less, I'm gonna need you to go to a cashier" and stood blocking the register until I moved. I have attached pictures of my receipt to show that I only had 18 individual items in my cart. Again, I go to Carlie C's because the low volume of daytime customers and the self check out makes me feel more comfortable than a busier store. I intend to continue shopping at Carlie C's as in 5 years this is the first negative experience I've had there. However, should I have another interaction with an employee like the one I described above, I doubt I would return. Again, the self checkout was empty, the store was not crowded, and I feel that the only reason this woman engaged in a confrontation with me was to flex her authority. This was an older woman with bleached hair and a lot of eyeliner on working the customer service desk on Friday, March 4th. I would also like to say that with the exception of the woman who instigated the altercation with me, I have ALWAYS found Carlie C's employees to helpful and pleasant.

i'm very disappointed in the meal that i got today from carlie c's deli. i got a dinner meal with roast & rice, macaroni & cheese, blackeye peas or maybe they were field peas w/snaps and a roll. while the roast was very tender it lacked seasoning. but the worst were the peas! they burn scorched with burnt pieces in it and the taste was absolutely horrible. tasted like the smell of a cigarette and i don't smoke. my sister paid $8 plus dollars for three dinner trays of which two of them had the burnt peas on it. if i didn't stay so far away and had made it home i would have returned the two dinner trays. i'm sure for them it would have been a big financial lose to throw them out but it was certainly not what you should serve to your customers.

Great staff. Very caring, professional, helpful and friendly. They treat their customers with respect and concern. You can't get this level of care and customer service from the big name pharmacies. Our whole family has transferred our prescriptions over to this pharmacy. This is how customers should be treated.

I love having a neighborhood pharmacist who knows me, and I really love the service. Throughout the last year, due to COVID, we asked for curbside delivery for our prescriptions. PSP Pharmacy always delivered with a smile and at no extra charge. They were a big help getting us through the pandemic.

Really great grocery store here. They have a large produce department. The meat was very fresh and priced really low. This is a large store. They also had a great selection of beer. I would stay go here and shop.

I like their food in the deli. Like the pork chops, chicken and mashed potatoes. We use to eat from here if when I went to program.

Normally don't go to an IGA type grocery. Not that I am snobby, they just aren't around and if they are they are, usually in a bad neighborhood. This place surprised me as I haven't been in one for 20 years. Produce looked great. Since this one caters to a hispanic and african American crowd, it had great slelections of produce especially pepper varieties of all types. A great find for a such a selection. Fish and pork selections were also on point. I wont overlook this type of grocery again. My loss for being too narrow minded. Prices were darn good too.

I was sorry to see Krogers go and hoped we'd get a comparable store in its place. That shopping center has emptied out since Krogers left and CarlieC's hasn't enticed any stores to come in. The first time I went into Carlie C's I expected to see Miss Daisy and I was disappointed in the depressing atmosphere in the store and lack of products. With stores like Publix and Wegmans now in the area, I wish we could attract one of them to this side of Raleigh because the population is growing here and looking for more diverse products than an IGA store can offer.

They totally came below expectations. We are still in the middle of a pandemic. This is the 1st store I have been to with carts where nobody is cleaning them for you. There aren't any sanitation wipes for you to clean them yourself. The employee also doesn't seem to care. He advised me to take a used towel and use the spray bottle to do it myself. I had to go into the produce department and request paper towels. To then proceed back to the carts, use my sanitizer to wipe ome down so I can shop. Truly if I wasn't tired from being at work I would have just left and went to another location. I oy stayed because I didn't want to deal with traffic or the lines on other stores. I now know why there weren't any lines here. I will not be back to this location

I love Carly sees! They have the best meat, and I just changed all of my prescriptions to their pharmacy because my friend told me about what great service she got there. I also like their bakery and fried chicken wings.

They have the best coconut cake and Oreo cakes ever. Don't bother with the self checkout. You'll spend twice as much time with these old scanners than you would waiting in a line with the cashiers. Very nice clean store and the prices were good. Great meat selection and they great food bar and they have great chicken wings and yams and you have to get there early before they run out of the food. Good prices and selection of local products and lots of sales. I just do don't over here a lot unless it something special occasion. It's MUCH better than Walmart.
