Rude and dishonest. Don’t be fooled by this place! They mark up all of the materials over 50% to 70% of the market value. Getting actual pricing is like pulling teeth. Do a price check online.what they are doing should be illegal. I only know this because Janley my sales rep told me they are not allowed to give an actual price to clients sent by contractors she had to verify I was independently buying and not sent by a contractor because the contractor sell it for the marked up price. I was supposably given contractor pricing on my floors but who knows. I was told my floors were in stock and would be delivered in 3 days. The day of delivery Janley called and said they were not coming and I needed to choose another floor.I was told that she would discount a floor if I chose the same brand many of which were also back ordered!!! Ironic. It’s been a week and I finally chose a floor I’m interested in. I called in today to get a quote and was told only Janley is allowed to help. Even the manager could not help. I’m stuck with no floors and my contractors already tore my floors out thinking the new ones would have been here a week ago. It’s a nightmare that ProSource is not trying to help correct. Any other place seems to know what is in stock or out of stock except pro source. I haven’t been able to get a quote for the new selection. I found a much nicer whole sale flooring company called verion floors in Raleigh. Alex was so kind and got me my quote and with a very fair price with in minutes. Janley has yet to respond to my request for a quote so I have now decided to just get a refund and take my money to a business that isn’t rude to their clients. Owen, John, and Janley need training on customer service. Janley is not responsive and the entire experience has been stressful and exhausting. I wanted to cry when I found out my floors are not available, I’m glad I found verion flooring. Now I am trying to get a refund for floors ProSource can’t provide but apparently I need to have Janley do it who isn’t responding… I should have listened to the other negative reviews!

Ivonnie was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me pick-out flooring from start to finish. When the installer (also great) ran out of wood she was on it- more got ordered with a quick turnaround.

I came to ProSource not knowing what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised. Ivonnie was the representative who assisted me. She was so professional with her knowledge, but what's most important to me was that she made me feel like I was the only customer she has ever had. I wish every company had someone like Ivonnie working for them. Thank you!!!!

Walked in to buy a bunch of LVP and wandered around for 10 minutes. Not one employee in sight. Tried to go to the front desk only to find big signs saying “employees only” and about 10-15 employees behind the glass working at their computers. Good luck selling anything like that, we took a picture of what we wanted and we will go buy it somewhere else.

I ordered flooring from Pro-Source via Ivonnie as recommended by the person who did my flooring. They did not get the flooring in when they said they would, it did not arrive by the time my job had to be completed (a date they knew I needed it by), and none of this was communicated to me until the people picking up my flooring on the day of the job were turned away at Pro-Source. I had to fight with them to get a refund, find flooring the same day it needed to be installed, and it was very hard to get in touch with the people I needed to speak to. In fact, when I finally spoke to Ivonnie and asked why she hadn't called me, she asked why I hadn't called them and, incredibly, blamed ME for not being on top of it! Apparently, Pro-Source believes that the customer should have to hold THEIR hand through the whole process, though of course I was never told to call to make sure they were actually doing their job. I realize we are going through a difficult time with deliveries, but the flooring was 2 weeks late. If they had just communicated the issue, I would have been able to use that 2 weeks to find other flooring. I was getting my foundation repaired, and as such I needed new flooring laid so that I could move my belongings, which were in a Pod in my parking space, back into my home. Even though they can't guarantee the flooring will come in on the quoted date, the flooring people also need to schedule, as do the foundation repair people, and the Pod moving people, and the actual movers. To expect me to inconvenience all of those other people at the last minute, pay extra money to keep the Pod, and to live in my home on a concrete slab floor with no furniture until whenever the flooring actually arrived is incredibly unreasonable. Especially since I was being told this on the morning of the flooring job with the crew literally already inside my home. Again, a little communication could have saved us all a lot of trouble. Instead, it was a huge headache and now my floor is just whatever was in stock that my flooring people could get that day. I ended up having one choice. And I had to argue with them for a refund they originally told me I couldn't get on the flooring that wasn't even here to pay for it. Even better? My flooring person said the same thing has happened in the past and he had explicitly talked to Ivonnie about communicating next time this happened. I guess that conversation was promptly forgotten. The service here is awful and the communication is terrible. I would recommend going literally anywhere else. This was the single worst place I had to deal with among the 6 or so businesses I had to coordinate with to fix my home. This is far below the level of service I expect from any business I'm spending over a thousand dollars at, and it's world's away from the kind of organization and communication you would expect from a veteran-owned business. It's been 3 months and I am reminded of this horrible experience every time I look at the flooring installed in my home (which is not what I would have chosen if I'd had more than an hour to find flooring). Avoid this place like the plague. The service and attention mentioned in the other reviews ends the second you actually order your flooring from this place.
