2nd time going & the guy has always been welcoming & friendly. He was also knowledgeable on the products & to top of off he gave us a couple of weights. The location is a little out the way, however this will be our go to spot for fitness equipment…check them out! ?

wow! My experience with pro source has been an amazingly surprising great one. It initially started rocky, but these guys have gone well out of their way to smooth the road ahead. The salesman Van was very communicative after our initial encounter. It was followed up by their team, who worked incredibly hard to make this sale happen. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. They have been very professional and offered nothing but incredible service.

I worked with Josh to renovate the Glenwood North community’s gym the past few months and the entire process was so easy! He came out and let us know exactly what we should be looking for and provided thorough explanations. We installed new flooring and ran into an issue from previous water damage in our facility that we had no idea about, but his team was super flexible and walked us through everything we needed to do. Josh also provided numerous options for the new equipment we needed to purchase that all fit within our budget, which made it a lot easier for our HOA to review and approve quickly. I would 100% recommend using Prosource as they make everything super easy and have fantastic customer service!

Great customer service! One of my residents informed us of an equipment malfunction and Prosource has scheduled the repair for tomorrow. This isn't the first time I've been able to experience their quick response time and repairs.

I ordered new equipment for an apartment community and Prosource made it a breeze. Our rep, Josh, worked on our plan start to finish. He came in and took measurements, created layouts for us to choose from for our space, and worked to give us the best equipment for our budget. He made sure we were clear on all electrical requirements for the equipment, which helped greatly with planning our project. Clint, Chris, and Daryl moved my treadmill and did preventive maintenance on it this week, and I was so impressed with their skill, knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. I know that the job was a relatively simple one for them, given the scale of most jobs they do, but I appreciated that they made me feel like a valued customer, and I was grateful that they had my treadmill set up quickly in my new home. My fitness club had recommended Prosource to me, and now I recommend them to all my friends and colleagues.
