I was so happy to come across this company. I knew my brakes were getting bad and I had a road trip to go on. I tried to get in at a local mechanic but there wasn't any availability. Proficient Auto Mobile Mechanics was able to come to my house and replace my brakes right there! It was so easy to schedule, and they were so friendly! The price was comparable to others, and I didn't have to leave my house! Thanks so much!

I needed six new batteries installed on my GEM Car (LSV). Got next day service from Proficient Auto Mobile Mechanics and the technician, Tim, also troubleshooted other issues with my GEM car that is now running fine. Will not hesitate to use Proficient Auto Mobile Mechanics in the future.

Extremely pleased with the pre-purchase inspection provided. I was considering purchase of used car in the Triangle (NC) area and Proficient Auto Mobile Mechanics recommended by another shop. I called @ 9am and an onsite inpection scheduled, same day, between 12-1p at dealership. The technican, Tim, completed a thorough inspection (actually more than I expected), emailed the results and we reviewed the results on the phone. Inspection included use of a probe to look at engine valves and other powertrain parts. Report included internal & extrenal pics of any defects, dings, paint issues, scratches, etc. Even provided potential lifespan of brakes and tires and immedidate repairs required. Proficient even assigns the technican assigned to this vehicle for future onsite repairs. Blown away by the good customer service, convenience, and overall onsite inspection at reasonable price! If you have a college student in the Triangle area, I recommend Proficient mobile to handle any needed onsite car repairs.
