Ben answered my call over the weekend when I discovered a small leak in the roof that ended up leaking through to a bedroom. He walked me through how to contain the leak in the attic, since I was able to get to the section that was compromised. That action at least stopped the leak to the bedroom until he could come out and assess the situation. He was very punctual for the site assessment and wrote up for me the exact issue that caused the leak along with a couple of other recommendations upon his inspection of the entire roof. Once we agreed on a remediation plan, Ben scheduled the time to come back and completed the repair. Again, he was on time and showed up when he said he would. I was very happy with Ben and his honesty from start to finish, along with being on time, and the quality of work he did. I would highly recommend you call Ben for your roofing needs.

I highly recommend them. I’m only giving four stars because Ben and his team did not provide a one-and-done solution to my roof leaks. That said, from Ben through all of his installers, they were great to work with. They responded to calls and texts, arrived on the days that they promised, and, most importantly, persevered until the leaks were repaired. Either Ben or Brandon followed up each time to check if they were successful. Fortunately they finished before Debby blew through with six inches of rain in 24 hours, and my attic stayed dry! I will definitely use them when it’s time for a roof replacement.

Ben is pleasant to work with and stands by his work. He installed my roof approximately three years ago. I saw a couple of minor leaks developed during heavy rain storms, which Ben gladly fixed for no charge. Ben is a nice, dependable person who stands by his work.

It was a pleasure working with Ben Davis as the contractor for our roofing job. He removed the stress of the job from us with the smoothness he and his workers demonstrated in getting the job done. Brandon Kessler and the team at Pro Performance Roofing LLC replaced my roof after hail damage. Brandon coordinated the estimate, materials delivery, installation and insurance filing, interfacing with the insurance company when needed. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Installation team were efficient and did a great job.

Ben and his team were amazing to work with. They did 99% of the work with the insurance company and made sure our claim encompassed all repairs needed. Ben was on site many times during the two day roof replacement. The installers were reliable and cleaned up extremely well and put everything (plants, tables, etc) back in its original location. If you need any roof work, contact Ben. No hassles or pressure to do anything. I highly recommend Pro Performance Roofing.

Ben was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the way the roof turned out and the attention to detail that was put into it . Great experience. From the beginning it was low pressure, they worked with me on an insurance claim and once everything was approved it was all done in a day. They should market themselves as roof ninjas because other than my roof being replaced and looking great theres no evidence they were here. Highly recommend.
