I sent my daughters to Primrose North Raleigh from Spring 2021 to Summer 2023. Overall my family's experience there was very positive. We did face some challenges in our time there (teacher turn, Covid) but we were able to push through those and make it to the other side. The most important part, and the reason why I would recommend them to family and friends is that my daughters loved it there, they were safe and they thrived. They loved their teachers and friends, and were super happy coming and going every day. Both of them were really sad to leave (one went to Kindergarten and one to a closer Primrose). We wish them the best and would definitely recommend them.

Wow. I have a lot to say. But I won’t put it all here because I’m exhausted.Beth (the owner) is whom I had the most interaction with and I can say that from my interactions with her she is not someone that is of caring nature. She is short, impatient and lacks empathy. These are all qualities that I would want in the owner of an establishment like this having, if they are caring for the most important person in my life. Beth only cares about money - greed. Think twice before sending your loved ones here.I do wonder based on the other reviews if this was due to the color of my skin which now makes me question how much diversity there is in their teachers and students.I have tried escalating this issue to corporate who had responded once and never got back with me again.

Elise the director of the center is rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire about the process, and how to get my son in and try to plan the timing. She became very short with me and rude and then told me that they are not a good fit. All of this for asking questions that she didn’t feel like answering or taking the time to explain. Then she proceeds to hang up the phone. I can’t imagine how she can manage and direct a day care and children with that patience, temper and attitude.

We love Primrose and our Primrose family!! Our son attended starting when he was 2 and graduated during the pandemic. He couldn’t have been treated better or been supported more. He was also 150% fully prepared for Kindergarten. Our daughter attends primrose now and we couldn’t be happier to be part of this family.

We moved to Raleigh last year and found Primrose in North Raleigh through friends who take their kids there. They do such a fantastic job engaging the kids and keeping them stimulated through play. They provide meals which has been a huge bonus with our busy schedules and even have fun things like soccer shots come to the school. I’m always amazed when my son talks about his day. We also have a new baby in the infant room and the staff there are top notch!! Most mornings I drop of our youngest, Ms. Yelena is dancing at the door waiting for him. The best feeling ever.

I am a current employee at Primrose School of North Raleigh. I am on my second year of teaching in one of the prek classes and I couldn't imagine myself anywhere else. The staff is amazing and management never misses an opportunity to let us know how much we are appreciated. This is my first experience teaching in a professional setting and I have had full support throughout. The curriculum is amazing and engages the students in a way that keeps them excited to come to school and learn. It is so rewarding to see our students' academic and social growth throughout the year. I am so thankful to be part of the Primrose family!

Primrose School of North Raleigh has been more than a job for many years, it's been a home away from home. I have enjoyed working with our wonderful families and getting to know their little ones as we play and learn together each day. There is great camaraderie between the teachers, support staff, and the directors. We are valued and respected in our field of education and we have the most fun adventures each day in the classroom!!

Primrose School of North Raleigh is the best childcare facility in Raleigh. Employees are treated with kindness and respect by the management team, we are all part of the Primrose family and we are all treated equal. Everyone comes to work everyday ready to greet each child and family with a smile and give every child the best experience possible. I highly recommend Primrose School of North Raleigh to potential teachers and prospective families.

I have worked in a couple schools and Primrose of North Raleigh is by far the best. The way they treat the staff is above the rest. They always support us teachers and are always there to listen to our problems or our ideas. I’m also a mother at the school and these teachers are phenomenal. I have never met teachers that are so dedicated and truly love their children. I’ve never questioned a single day if we made the right switch to come here. This is a school that you can call home rather you’re a teacher, a parent, or both.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Primrose School of North Raleigh. Our son has been enrolled since he was a baby in the young infants classroom, and now we have our daughter learning and growing up in this wonderful environment. Their safety protocols around Covid have been comforting. PSNR has become a huge part of our family unit and we are grateful for the staff and teachers who nurture and love our children as much as we do.

I don't have enough words of praise for Primrose North Raleigh. Our son's current teachers are adamant professionals who deserve recognition for their focus on running an orderly class that upholds values and rules. I appreciate that deeply and can see that my son benefits greatly from their hard work. I thank them for their work! The school is clean, updated, safe, offers incredible experiences, and enriching.
