Our son started here shortly after he turned one until his 4th birthday. His last day was bittersweet as this school had truly become family. From the first day we noticed how amazing the teachers were- they instilled so much confidence in us to leave our son in their excellent care. Through the years they helped shape him both academically but also with character development and life skills. Our son would always walk in with a big smile on his face as he saw his familiar administrators, staff and teachers. Everyone knew his name and it was clear they truly cared about him. We were always greeted with a smile and often hugs for him. I can not say enough wonderful things about this school. We will truly miss it and it will always have a spot in our heart as his first school which was so wonderful. Truly recommend this school to anyone who asks.

I cannot express how delighted I am with my children’s experience at Primrose Brier Creek. This is our home away from home. From the moment we enrolled our first born, it has been evident that this daycare center goes above and beyond in preparing children for kindergarten. If you're a parent like me who values early education and wants their child to be overly prepared for the next academic journey, look no further.First and foremost, the dedicated staff are a treasure. They are not just caregivers; they are educators, mentors, and, most importantly, they are passionate about nurturing young minds. They create a stimulating and loving environment that encourages exploration and curiosity, setting the stage for a lifelong love of education. The curriculum at Primrose is meticulously designed to ensure that every child is well-prepared for kindergarten. It's not just about ABCs and 123s; it's about holistic development. The curriculum encompasses language and literacy skills, mathematics, social and emotional development, fine and gross motor skills, and more. They strike the perfect balance between structured learning and play, making sure the kids are engaged and having fun while they learn. One of the standout features of this daycare center is their attention to each child’s uniqueness and the teachers take the time to understand their strengths and areas that need improvement. Moreover, the facilities at Primrose Brier Creek are top-notch. The classrooms are CLEAN, bright, spacious, and equipped with age-appropriate materials and resources. Safety is a top priority, and I always feel reassured knowing my child is in a secure environment. As a parent, I couldn't be more confident in my child's ability to excel in kindergarten this year. The first quarter hasn’t even ended yet and my son is in the 95th+ percentile in reading, language arts, and math from the tests he took. The teachers made sure the kids were well prepared for their transition to Kindergarten. I am glad to see my 2.5 year old will have the same preschool teachers my 5 year old had. Thank you team for all you do!!!

My son started Prek at Primrose Brier Creek and loved it! He is on his 4th week of Kindergarten and his teacher called me at the end of the 1st week of school and said he is doing amazing and she has no concerns for him. She said he’s making friends, staying focused, and on task as well as asking and answering questions. This is huge for us because when my son started prek at Primrose he was so shy and wouldn’t talk hardly at all. Within no time he came out of his shell and loved every minute that he was there at Primrose! Without the help of this amazing staff and Ms. Grace and Ms. Kelly I couldn’t have gotten my son 100% ready for Kindergarten! I’m so thankful that our paths crossed with this awesome Preschool! Our whole experience at Primrose Brier Creek was nothing but amazing and positive! Every morning at drop off and afternoon at pickup we were always greeted and welcomed! There was not one time I walked into the building that me and my family didn’t feel respected or welcomed! The owner Karen, director Jen, assistant director Rachel are all awesome and communication has always been great. Anytime I had a question about anything my calls were always answered fast and my emails were always responded to very quickly. The other teachers there in the younger classrooms would even always speak and greet us and made us feel welcome! Primrose at Brier Creek will always have a special place in my heart bc I know how much they cared for and took care of my babies for me! Also, my daughter will be starting in their Prek program in September and we can’t wait! ❤️

I did not have a pleasant experience here. I withdrew my daughter as I was concerned she would get another unwitnessed injury requiring medical attention. Of course when the state comes to investigate, they are on their best behavior. It's pointless to even report. It's all a cover up. I did not feel my child was safe there anymore. The owner, Karen, has no compassion or empathy. She needs training on professionalism. If you voice concerns and an owner points her finger at you while talking and has an attitude, red flag. The program also increased the pricing twice in one academic year. I've never seen anything like that! We've had a much more pleasant experience at her new Pre-K. I wish my daughter had never gone here!

We have had 2 children go through Primrose School at Brier Creek now. And we have been nothing but extraordinarily happy with our boys time and experience there. Both learned so much and made so much progress they were more than ready to go to the next level (kindergarten). Their mother and I are divorced. Yet we never felt like outsiders or were treated differently. They let us put our green suitcase, which goes back and forth between houses, inside the closet where the car seats are kept so that we could transition easily. Our oldest boy is on the spectrum, and initially we were worried how things would go with him. The last preschool we were at he had a horrible experience. He would get yelled at when he wasn’t listening or “behaving like the other children”. But at Primrose, we ‘never’ had that problem. In fact, he made a best friend which he had never done before. And he always hugged his teachers hello and goodbye. One other thing that I have to point out is the pandemic. Their mother and I both work at a local hospital. And staying home in quarantine was never an option for us. So Primrose at Brier Creek was one of the few preschools/daycares that remained open the entire pandemic to help parents go to work and fight that horrible disease.Today is our youngest son’s last day, and we are both very sad to be leaving Primrose. But at least we are providing a spot for another deserving family to enjoy the tremendous benefits that Primrose has to offer.

Primrose at Brier Creek is not a great choice for your child. Especially if you are African American. My family was very excited to start this school as it had a very prestigious rep and we wanted what’s best for our Son. They lied about everything that they would offer to us. On our first day they turned away my sons bringing his lunch everyday when during our tour the Secretary said we can bring his lunch as long as a doctors note was provided. Our son is a picky eater so this was a very important factor of us choosing this school. When we the parents explained the situation the owner and directors solutions was “That’s our policy and if you don’t like it then find another school”. If the food was not on the menu for that day they let my son starve and look at other children eat instead of accommodating him in some way to eat. They suggested and rather for him to be depending on pediasure in which he wasn’t drinking that. He was just a picky eater. The parent app they used as defaming my son and things that may be going on at school throughout the day instead of contacting the parents personally. No other child’s name or business was displayed on this app. Our son had an incident recently choking and the staff never contacted us formally we found out looking at the parent app. When I asked for a incident report the Director said “she don’t know there might be one somewhere!” Have yet to receive a report. When these concerns were brought to there attention The owner and the Director their solution was to label my son with a disability instead of holding themselves responsible for the business and customer service they provided. They charge waaaaayyy to much to be treated the way they treated my family. They are short staffed, unexpectedly same day posting messages to parents to pick up children early because they are short staff, asking the parents to donate diapers and wipes when the parents are spending $1600-$1700 a month on their child. I believe Primrose school’s system is a valuable place if it’s not Primrose at Brier Creek. Be careful in choosing this school and make sure you check in on your child from time to time and some days.

Primrose is second home for our 5 year old. We know he is in a safe and comforting place when we drop him off. The teachers and staff really care about the children. Primrose prompts a space for learning, thriving and fun for the kids. We definitely recommend Primrose to parents.

I appreciate that they are taking safety protocols seriously. The staff cares and they are very responsive. We get daily pictures of our daughter learning and a summary of what was being taught. Great team!

I am raving to everybody about Brier Creek Primrose. Their 7AM-6PM hours helped me tremendously with my own work schedule. My daughter's development improved dramatically after she joined a year ago. The teachers and the leadership team are caring and considerate. I'm not sure how I would have navigated this pandemic without Primrose.

When we chose to move our daughters (2 and 4 at that time) to Primrose at Brier Creek about a year ago, I felt confident right away, that we had made the right decision. I toured seven different daycare centers and Ms. Karen, the owner of Primrose at Brier Creek, was very honest and patient in answering my list of questions. I learned that there is no exterior sand play area, because they wanted a very clean environment for the children and that their playgrounds are larger than others. When I asked about their employee turnover Amber, the director of operations, told me about extra benefits and ensured me that they make ever effort to limit turnover.Ms. Karen served for several years in the army, and I believe this experience was helpful when the pandemic hit. They stayed open throughout this whole time and there has never been a moment when we did not feel confident in sending our children there, even when classroom sizes went down to just three kids. Everybody from staff to teachers to the owner did and continues to do everything they can to keep our children safe. Once I even caught Ms. Karen, going the extra mile, and steam sanitizing every single classroom by herself after the children had left.We do miss the warm welcome of Amber, Jen and Karen with her dog, which greeted us when parents where still able to check in at the front desk. But now we have Ms. Tery's cheering laugh in the morning as she checks the kids temperatures before drop off at the classroom exterior door. I feel sorry for the teachers who have to wear their masks for about eight hours while they are together with the same children in the same room every day. Your dedication makes it possible to maintain consistency for everybody, keeping our inner circles small. Thank you so much! You guys are doing an awesome job!We like the Primrose curriculum and when our older daughter started Kindergarten this September she had no issues, in fact she is doing great. As for our younger daughter we are looking forward to two more years at Primrose at Brier Creek and wish you all the best and good luck for the future.

We love Primrose Brier Creek! We have two children there that are safe and loved. They are learning and growing daily with the help of the teachers and staff. We have been thrilled with Primrose And I would highly recommend them! A great perk that they provide food, snacks, and even cups! You just bring the kids. We really do love this school.

My daughter has been attending for nearly a year now. The facility is extremely clean, the staff cares, and the children are engaged. As a bonus, they have "opt in" additional activities that children can participate in and they provide snacks and lunch. We find PRBC to be a great provider in child care.

Today I dropped my kindergartener off for his staggered entry day. At pick up, I received such positive feedback from all 6 kindergarten teachers in regards to his reading, writing, and math skills. The teachers told me that they can easily spot a Primrose child in a crowd. Thank you, Primrose, for setting the stage for the success of my child.

My son is so excited to go to school every morning. I have noticed a huge difference in the way that he communicates. He is so excited to learn new things. Miss Flo has been wonderful!
