We toured PB and were impressed enough to try an enroll our son. I emailed twice about start dates over the span of a week. The next week I called to be sure they got the emails. The lady I spoke with said that they had been having picture day and that is why she had not responded. I had a few additional questions that she said she would follow up and get back to me on. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Almost a month with no response from the start of my inquires. If this is how they treat perspective parents it does not bode well for my confidence in how they treat the parents once they do have your money.

Edit 3/13/24: We continue to have a 5-star experience here at Primary Beginnings with our son's day-to-day care, activities, and teachers. He loves it here, and we love that he loves it here. For those reasons, we look forward to his continued growth at Primary Beginnings.However, I have adjusted my rating based on some recent issues we encountered with billing and communication at the administrative level. Most of these issues have since been resolved and we are optimistic that billing will proceed more smoothly moving forward.Until we see that happen and trust is rebuilt, however, I believe my revised rating is an accurate reflection of our overall experience.Original Review: We have had a very positive experience at Primary Beginnings. They really care about the kids, parents, and each other. We were nervous in the beginning, but enrolling our child here has proven to be a great decision. Thanks to the staff and administration - I know you all work very hard to create a happy, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for our kids every day.

My kids have been going here for a few months and it’s been a great experience. The staff is very communicative through their mobile app. I get photos and messages throughout the day letting me know what they’ve done and what they ate. They’re right across the street from North Ridge Elementary and they pick up one of my kids after school and provide aftercare. This way I can pick them both up from the same place. Very happy to recommend.

We love PB! Working with the staff has been nothing but positive, they are so warm and welcoming everyday. They know every child and parents name and it truly feels like a community. My daughter LOVES it here and gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. I’m so happy we made the decision to go to PB!

We are so happy here. The teachers and leadership care so much about the students. Communication is great...the curricula is wonderful, and lots of fun events and "themes" that they involve the kids in to learn each week. The teachers also share the positive of the kids' days, even if it was a hard day. The teachers we have had do a lot with positive discipline and reinforcement which is great, too. They are organized, very clean, and everyone is always greeting you, checking in on you as a parent/guardian, and ensuring you feel welcomed and like a part of their "family". The teachers know ALL the kids names, and the kids know ALL the teachers names. It feels like a community. Great place!

Coming to primary has been such a gift , I absolutely love the team we have and all the children become our own! Big shoutout to Miss Holly and Miss May for being exceptional leaders.. wouldn’t want to work for anyone else! Fantastic school and amazing staff ? teacher for ever!!!! ~Miss Nikki~ prek teacher ??

The teachers all get along and there is low turnover. Everyone is happy to be there and you can feel that positive energy when you visit. This company has a great culture. Teachers take time to care for and know my kids. They take lesson plans and age-appropriate learning/goals seriously too. We feel loved by the PB team <3

My daughter has been going her for some months now and I can honestly say she loves it, as of any child coming into a new environment it may be difficult, but I can honestly say their staff welcomed my daughter with open arms. Thank you to Ms. Nyasia & Ms. Hattie for caring for my baby in the beginning and getting her comfortable for the next class, also thank you to Ms. Dee & Ms. Tiffany for the current care! For any of those parents who worry like I do they have an app that is amazing ! To show you updates throughout the day of how your baby is doing! ?

My 1.5 year old has been going to Primary Beginnings for a few months. The center is very clean and recently renovated. The staff are caring and knowledgeable and we love both of our sons teachers. They regularly update the app so I know how his day is going. Ms. Holly, the director, is very professional. Most or all of the teachers have previous experience and training and many have been with the company for a while. We are very happy with Primary Beginnings and so grateful for this group of amazing women!
