Ron from Carfix went above and beyond. These guys are thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and walk through all costs and recommendations before making you commit. As a bonus, I learned a few things from Ron for a cross-country move I am making, just because he is a helpful, nice guy! I would recommend these guys over anyone in Raleigh.

I can't speak highly enough about this business and the people. I was visiting from out of state (transporting a group of students for college visits) and my car breaks down. They we already swamped but took the time to really look at what all was wrong so they could tell me whether it could get fixed right away. At first they did not think they could fix it by closing time on Friday. Since they're closed Saturday and Sunday, that meant I would have to rent a car to travel back home on Sunday, then find a way to get my car Monday after it was fixed. It was just a mess. These people were so nice, that MADE it work. They fixed my car right then and really took good care of me. I can't recommend CAR FIX enough!

My car broke down while driving on the highway. Ron at Carfix was able to resolve the issue immediately and get me driving the next day. They also offer affordable financing options for those who need the extra help. All around great customer service and would highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their vehicle.

CARFIX continues to provide excellent service! I called ahead to ask about a replacement battery (while I waited for AAA to jump the car). By the time I got to them, they had already ordered the battery needed. It arrived 10 minutes after I did. I was out the door within 30 minutes!

They did great and fast work. I dropped it off and within the hour they already had it diagnosed and ready to be fixed. It was fixed the same day and the rep there was really cool. I'd give it 4 stars cuz of the price but seems unfair as they are transparent about the cost and won't continue work without your approval. So, it's on you if you want to spend it. It was about a bit more than almost any shop would've charged but they have coupons and vouchers that help. So it's kind of a trade off, you'll pay more but you absolutely get quality work and fast. 9 out of 10 ten times paying more for faster work is worth it. Some places have your car for days on simple jobs. I also like that they didn't upsell me on anything. Just what it needed and that was it. I'd likely come back and maybe even this week for the other car.

I came in to address a leak in my car and was immediately helped by Steve at the front desk. Not only did he understand my worries but also worked with a sense of urgency to review my cars status. He was more than friendly and certainly put my worries to ease. This is an excellent mechanic shop and I would recommend it to anyone.

I had found this during my visit to Raleigh after 3 other places were not able to help. I had to fix up my brakes and make back to base before curfew. Not only did these men help me but they were quick, thourough, and easy to communicate and interact with. Also on top of that, they didnt even charge me. Much appreciation and respect to the staff they reqlly helped me out and spared me a lot of hassle. Special Thanks To Steven Rudder For Heading The Assignment.

I went here a week ago after booking a next day appointment online about my ac being broken and the man at the front desk was polite and helpful.In a couple hours they had diagnosed my car and told me the costs and it was a clear cut process and their was no pressure.After agreeing on the price I was told my car would be ready to go the next morning and guess what,I got a call in the morning and it was ready to go WITH working AC!! Thank you so much and I do recommend this place will definitely be back!
