I’ve taken my car here several times for inspections, tire rotation, and oil changes. This past weekend I took it in to get all 4 tires replaced. I’ve always been pleased with the work they did, never felt taken advantage of like so many women do at auto shops (it helps that they have a couple of ladies working in the front of house). All the staff I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. In particular, Josie and Josh have been great to talk to. The folks at Precision have always taken good care of my car and I recommend them.
Bonus points for being in a great location. I don’t have anyone to pick me up while I wait for the work to be done, and Baileywick greenway trail is less than a mile away. Go take a walk while you wait for your car! ?

Awesome customer service I want to thank Mr. service advisor Lázaro for his amazing customer service Finally, now they have someone that speak Spanish. Now it helps me a lot because of my wife speaks very little English now I don’t need to go with my wife to translate when she’s doing her service On her vehicle, they Do an a awesome job On your vehicle, definitely recommend this location to friends and family and everyone I know thank you so much Mr.Lázaro for your great customer service definitely five stars

Unfortunate situation because I typically go to precision for most of my work. I got my left wheel bearing changed on July 5, dropped car off at 7 am and was finally ready at 6. The sound I first heard was improved, but a couple weeks another sound returned but worse. I decided to get my car checked somewhere else because I assumed it was another issue. Found out it was the same wheel bearing that was replaced but done incorrectly (see attachment). I understand you offer warranty, but no one is expecting the same issue to return within less than one month. Also, warranties are not helpful if you dont feel safe driving car over 30 minutes away on highway when you are planning to travel and you guys don’t offer appointments. I had to pay to get the same issue fixed twice. I feel like some sort of compensation could have been awarded.

This Precision Tune is my go-to mechanic for all my vehicles! Josh and his team take their time to listen to what your vehicle issues are, take the time to diagnose and make repairs the way they should be done. The communication and customer service I receive here is outstanding. They don't try to get you in and out as fast as possible. And I'm okay with that given the great service and customer service I receive. I've had everything from brake service to major engine repair completed at this location. Great every time! I can very much recommend this location for your vehicle service!

I was very pleased with the friendly manner they greeted me. They immediately attend to my request for an alignment. Later I called to see if they could do the service chk required by the dealer. Much to my delight they could & even added the additional coupons to save me some cash. The work was done in a timely fashion and everything was explained about the charges. I’m extremely satisfied with their work & personal. Kudos for an excellent job!!! Will return
