I cannot say enough great things about Craig!! I was looking for an honest and reputable jeweler, and I found all of that and then some in Precision Quartz!! Craig has talked me through multiple situations that I have had with my watches and also given me sound advice with my jewelry. Sometimes it’s hard to know what our alternatives are if they are not all laid out in front of us, and this is what you will experience at this store. The best customer service in the Industry.

I highly recommend Precision Quartz!! I was referred to Precision Quartz by Diamonds Direct. I brought in two watches (a Cartier and Raymond Weil) whose batteries hadn't been changed in a while, a pair of earrings that needed a lost screw back replaced, and a ring that I wanted to have re-sized. The watches were evaluated and batteries replaced within minutes while I was there. The proper size earring back was quickly located and fit perfectly, and the ring was re-sized and back in my hands looking sparkly and perfect in 1/3 of the time that was estimated! Very professional and exceptional service!

Came in to get two watch batteries replaced and was very happy with how welcoming they were. Additionally, the wait was virtually nothing (was in and out in less than 20 minutes) on a Saturday afternoon. Would 100% recommend !!

Previously I was told my MK watch would have to be sent to MK for repair. I called around to 2 other jewelers in Cary and was referred to this gentleman. He told me to swing by and he would take a look at it. He was able to repair it on the spot. I will be taking all future repairs to this kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional jeweler.

A great local watch and jewelry store. Wonderful customer service. They do repairs, cleaning, service, battery replacement and have a good selection of accessories. Prices are fair. They do good work. Precision quartz is my first stop when I need assistance with a watch. I could buy online but the personal service and attention to detail is worth the effort to visit.

Craig was so helpful and fixed my ring in time for my wedding day. I had a prong and sizing issue and was in a crunch. Not only did he meet the need but did so during a very difficult time when his business partner unexpectedly passed away. I’m so grateful for his help even though he was going through something far more important.
