Great group of guys here, very honest and knowledgeable. My girl takes her car here for whatever work I can’t personally do myself. They are experts in german engineering. My girl loves coming here because she knows that they are very trustworthy and they never over sell her any work that is not needed. They explain the issue in detail and always explain if it is needed or not and why. It gives me great peace and confidence knowing that she can come here without needing to bring me and that they always take care of her and her Volkswagen Jetta. Love supporting a small business that truly deserves it and whom cares about their customers and take pride in their work. We will always choose and recommend Precision Autowerks Automotive!! A shop like this is hard to find and come across.

Joe is the absolute best mechanic in the area. He really knows his stuff. The first time I was recommended to go to Joe, he knew the issue of my car without even looking at it!! I was so impressed. I even thought that maybe when I brought my car in that'd it may be something else but nope he was spot on and already had the parts ordered for me. Precision is not only the best but so generous that they have a loaner that you can borrow while your car is in the shop. Not many shops do that. Precision is also an expert in german engineering and that is hard to come by. They also don't over charge or over sell you anything you don't need. And that alone is so important and rare to find! These guys really are the best and love what they do! I will always choose Precision Autowerks every time and I do so you should too, you won't regret it! Picture of my car below.

After reading the reviews on this place, I decided to give them a try. So pleased I did! Chris and Joe are very good at communication and explaining what needed to be done to address the issue with my 2014 Mercedes E350. Joe is superb at diagnostics and price for parts and labor very reasonable. My new go to!

I took my 2011 BMW to Precision Autowerks for maintenance on 2.20.2023 and my car was ready on 2.23.2023. Chris & Stan were very professional and thorough with the repairs that my vehicle needed. They walked me through the process step by step on which repairs were urgent and which repairs can be delayed to a later date. I love the fact that they were honest, trustworthy, efficient, and they cared about me and my vehicle. I highly recommend Precision Autowerks to anyone because when I received my vehicle back; it ran like a new car again. No one will service my BMW, but Precision Autowerks. Thanks Stan, for working on my vehicle. You all the are the Best!

So happy we found Stan’s place for repairs on our BMW. We’ve traditionally gone to the Leith dealership where we constantly felt just drained of money and suspicious of paying for unnecessary services. It just never felt like an honest experience. With the first phone call to Chris and Stan at this shop we knew they were good people, and after our experience it’s obvious how skilled and dedicated to customer service they are. Our AC stopped working in our Mercedes just before making the trek back to New England. Stan and Chris were able to fit us in last minute, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it pretty quickly and for a very fair price. I dropped my BMW 535I to have the cooling system checked because of a overheating issue. It was determined that my water pump was defective. Chris called me, explained what the problem was, installed a new water pump, thermostat and also inspect my entire vehicle. The service and professionalism was supered and I would recommend Precision Autowerks to anyone.

Brought my BMW x3 in due to no cold air conditioning and the men at the shop were so helpful and quick! Most car shops I drop my car off at 8am and am lucky to hear back before 5pm whereas Precision Autowerks had my car ready for pickup within 2 hours of dropping off! They also explain everything in understandable terms. While most car shops say they can work on foreign vehicles these guys are experts and it shows!Service: Air conditioning

Precision Weeks did a great job with my Mercedes SL 550 earlier this week. While not knowing what to expect, I was just praying that the end result would be under 2 thousand dollars. It turned out to be less than 2 hundred dollars. Need I say more? I'm still smiling.FrederickService: Oil change
